In its update dated 25 April 2025, the independent test portal F.A.Z-Kaufkompass declared the nuGo! ONE+ the test winner in the category ‘Digital radio for on the go’:

„Ganz gleich, von welcher Quelle, das Nubert nuGo! One + spielt sich schon nach den ersten Takten erwachsener auf, als man es von der Größe des Gerätes vermutet. Die Basswiedergabe ist knochentrocken und reicht erstaunlich tief runter. Nubert hat den NuGo! One zusätzlich zu den beiden Breitbandlautsprechern zwei Passivmembranen zur Bassunterstützung spendiert. Das ist allerdings nur die halbe Miete für den hervorragenden Klang, der Rest stammt aus dem langjährigen Know-how des Herstellers.“
