In these FAQs we have compiled the most frequently asked questions and answers regarding Nubert service - however, this cannot and should not replace a personal consultation.

Contact and distribution

You can have our speakers conveniently delivered to your home and then listen to them for 30 days in your own premises and with your own system, without disturbing influences and without time pressure.

We offer comprehensive listening and comparison options and individual advice in our listening studios:

Payments

You can pay us by prepayment, invoice (via the service provider Payolution) or credit card. Furthermore, you have the option to use Sofortüberweisung, Giropay, PayPal or amazon payments. You can find more information about this in our order information or in our terms and conditions.
Depending on the country of destination, it is possible that we cannot offer individual payment methods. The payment methods available for your country will be displayed during the ordering process.

We offer partial payments for orders of 150 euros or more. You can find more information on this in our order information or in our terms and conditions.


Delivery and shipping

On our product pages in the web shop, the availability of each version of a speaker is indicated - in most cases it says "available". Sometimes, however, individual box models or versions are no longer in stock and we have to wait ourselves for the next delivery from our sound furniture manufacturer. As soon as we know an exact delivery date, we indicate the calendar week from which we expect to be able to deliver the product again.

All orders that we have received by then will of course be given priority. So when a new delivery arrives, all customers who have already ordered will be supplied first, in the order in which the order was received. From time to time, however, there is a delay at the clay furniture manufacturer or from a parts supplier. Then it can happen that we ourselves do not know for a certain time exactly when we will have enough boxes to be able to supply ALL new customers. During this time we write as a delivery statement: "Delivery date will be clarified". The following calendar week statement then always applies ONLY to new orders.

Ultimately, the "delivery date" is always the status at the time of the order or the delivery date communicated by us.

Shipping costs

We charge shipping costs for our items.
The costs differ for deliveries within and outside Germany. The delivery address and not the billing address is always decisive.
Within Germany and Austria we charge nothing on your order. There are exceptions where we mark this directly on the item.

Logistics

We use DHL and UPS for most of our parcels. Here we offset the CO2 consumption. For large and heavy shipments we use freight forwarding. In order for the forwarding agent to be able to notify the shipment, we need your telephone number in the course of the order process.

Shipping time

The standard shipping time is 1-3 days, but it can be longer depending on the type of product and the current stock level. We indicate the individual delivery time on the respective product page.


Return

You have the opportunity to test your new speakers without disturbing influences and without time pressure in your own premises and with your own system. If, contrary to expectations, you do not like our products, you can withdraw from the purchase or exchange them within four weeks of receiving the goods.
