Reference standards demand reference equipment
The Rotel RC-1590MKII is exactly that – a reference preamplifier that takes analog and digital sources to a new level of naturalness and delivers impressive clarity.
The power supply features two toroidal transformers developed in-house by Rotel. They supply analog and digital circuits separately to minimize interference. This is complemented by British slit-foil capacitors, which reduce distortion and enable extremely low background noise.
An audiophile 32-bit/384 kHz digital-to-analog converter from Texas Instruments with tuned low-pass filters ensures exceptional clarity and precise localization in the room.
Analog signal processing in bypass mode (Direct Path) keeps the signal unaltered. Unnecessary circuit paths are bypassed, preserving dynamics and detail.
With a variety of inputs and outputs, the RC-1590MKII is flexible in use. These include MM phono, four unbalanced RCA inputs, three balanced XLR inputs, and digital inputs including aptX™ and Bluetooth AAC. Two subwoofer outputs are also available.
Dual RCA and XLR outputs allow for maximum flexibility, even for bi-amping applications. High-quality headphones can be connected directly via the 3.5 mm jack output on the front.
The RC-1590MKII represents over 60 years of Rotel experience – with uncompromising quality, performance, and authentic sound.
