Hello,
I'm a student and can't afford expensive speakers, so I've decided to buy a pair of nuBox 381s and a nuBox AW 443 for a little help in the bass range. Previously I had old Infinity Quantum 5s connected to my amplifier (I have a NAD C 326 BEE), but one tweeter and one midrange driver were defective. When I connected the 381s (via the subwoofer's speaker terminals) and put "Stranger in Moscow" by Michael Jackson into my cd player (NAD C 515), I immediately noticed the difference to the kef speakers, which were twice as expensive and which I was allowed to try out in an electronics store: the nubis sound a lot more neutral, and I also find the design a lot more appealing. Then I put in Billy Jean, Sam McClain and Schiller because I couldn't believe that this little subwoofer could provide the low bass I thought I needed for my room. After (or rather after the first few bars) of this test, my mouth was left open at the precise, fast and loud bass that this miniature thing (compared to my old speakers) produces. However (and I'm sorry to say this) there is one small detail that I miss. If you connect the satellites via the speaker terminals of the subwoofer, there are still two negative feedback capacitors that are supposed to relieve the satellites of the low bass, but nowhere in the operating instructions is the frequency at which they take effect. Apart from that: thanks to the nubert team, who answered my questions more than satisfactorily, thanks for these wonderful speakers. Ok I hope I can write a next entry soon, if I wasn't so busy listening to a Vivaldi concert (Linn records !!!!!!!!!!!!!) at full volume without distortion, or aggressive highs / mids. Greetings from (near) Vilsbiburg. Alex

Super support,
My subwoofer was making strange noises and they allowed me to open it. Other manufacturers would certainly have tried to talk me into expensive replacements. Never put a plastic bag under the subwoofer 😬

Hello dear Nubert team,
Those who criticize must also praise.
I would like to do the same here.
No sooner had I vented my anger than my "Nuberts" arrived at the door.
The elaborate packaging and the resulting protection of the products is something
I only know from Accuphase.
The shipping company commissioned by Nubert not only carried the heavy nuVero 14 into the living room
they also wanted to unpack and set them up.
But as I'm currently living in renovation chaos, I refused.
Three hours later, however, I had to wire the new nuVeros to my amplifier,
feed the Accuphase CD player with a few disks and listen.
I had never bought LS "blind" before and was rather suspicious.
But after some pre-heating of my amplifier, the sound of the nuVeros put a smile on my face.
a smile on my face.
Many of my friends think I'm a bit crazy when I claim to hear even more out of my CDs after buying a new higher-quality hi-fi component,
but it's true and it's the same with the new nuVero 14.
My old Infinity Kappa 9s were perhaps more brute in the bass range but also sometimes too opulent, too baroque.
opulent, too baroque.
The nuVeros sound drier and more precise.
I hope I'll have the same experience with the nuVero 5, which I want to use in home theater mode with the
AW-331 in home theater mode.
The initial annoyance has subsided and I hope that I will continue to enjoy Nubert products for a long time to come.
Thank you dear Nubert team, also for your apology in the form of two bottles of wine.
If you are treated like Nubert when something goes wrong, then the customer is satisfied and remains loyal to the product.
remains loyal to the product.

Kind regards
Enrico

Hello everyone.

Yesterday I also joined the "Nubiclub". Admission fee: 1 pair of nuBox 511 in maple 😬 .

I've been thinking about buying new floorstanding speakers for some time now, as my "B&W 683s" have now found a new home with my parents. They were a little too big for my current living room and were therefore no longer able to fully develop their performance and sound.
I was already totally impressed by the sound of these B&W 683s and also by the workmanship.
I didn't want to take a step backwards in terms of sound and workmanship. I also wanted the price to fit somehow.

Positive word of mouth from friends and acquaintances led me to Nubert.
As Nubert doesn't have a sales outlet just around the corner, I spent many hours on their website, reading, studying and researching.
Due to the many positive entries here, all the hi-fi tests and awards for Nubert, I decided to go for it.

I simply wrote an e-mail asking about the availability of the nuBox 511 and received a prompt reply, also to the e-mail about the II Wahl loudspeakers (but I bought the first choice).
The information was always detailed and courteous, as were the phone calls. This makes buying online fun. Great service!!!

So I ordered, paid and 2 days later it was finally ready.
Carefully unpacked the good parts. And the way they were packed, they would have easily withstood a crash.
Everything was packed individually so that nothing was damaged.
And then? The WOW effect!!!.....
The processing in this price range is really....erste Sahne!!! The accuracy of fit...nothing to complain about, WOW again.
Here you can see the efforts to package something in such a way that the customer already has his joy when unpacking ..... like Christmas 😂 .

Quickly assembled and connected. Everything well thought out down to the last detail. Just the sight of the slim little things...great.

I fired up the system straight away, running the two nuBox 511s with an HK 970 II integrated amplifier and an HD 970 CD player.
As I said, I'm already a bit spoiled by the predecessors from B&W, but the sound that opened up to me ..... was WOOOOW and they haven't been played in yet 😬 .

I then listened to a cross-section of Queen Innuendo, Hotel Costes, Turntable Rockers and Purobeach. Simply delicious sound, whether quiet, medium or louder. The sound remains absolutely sublime and confident in all areas. At least that's my first impression.
What's more, the speakers cut a really slim figure in my living room and the Ahron finish looks really classy.
I can give an absolute recommendation for everything here. Quality, value for money and service, everything is just right here.

Full marks: 10!!!

Thank you very much for these great speakers.

Greetings from the most beautiful federal state ;-) Saarland

I have completed my Nubert set with Sub 443 and Dipole DS 301,
rearranged my living room, repositioned the speakers and the sound is simply superb.
That's how home theater should sound, music with the 381 is great.
But there is a new aspect, my wife said they not only sound good, they also smell good
AHA !
(new car scent) That's all there is to say.

Hello dear people,
after the many hymns of praise that I have read here and which have persuaded me, at least a little,
to order LS from Nubert, I would also like to be allowed to criticize.
I usually listen to hi-fi products in the studio of my choice.
My chain:
Accuphase E-460
Accuphase DP-400
Marantz SR7007
I ordered 2x nuVero 14, 5x nuVero 5, nuBox AW-331 + accessories.
First I asked whether the speakers were available in my preferred color.
According to Ms. Katrin Nubert's reply, my speakers should be in stock.
Shortly afterwards, my wife paid in advance.
After waiting for days without a confirmation of receipt of the money and a possible delivery date
delivery date, I wrote another e-mail.
Mrs. Kluske replied that the nuVero 14 was currently not in stock and that the delivery date
would have to be clarified.
It is understandable that there can be delays at suppliers and in sales.
The fact that the customer receives contradictory information about the delivery status is not.
However, the fact that the customer does not receive any information and has to find out for himself whether his money has been received and that the ordered product is suddenly not available after all
is definitely not right!
I can't give any details about the much-praised sound of the speakers for the reasons mentioned above.
Hopefully this is better than the distribution system.

Hello Mr. Bohnensack,

First of all, we would like to apologize for the communication, which was certainly not optimal.
The original statement regarding the availability of the nuVero 14 you ordered was absolutely correct!
Unfortunately, due to an incorrect stock booking, your order could not be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment.
However, there is still light on the horizon: your shipment has already been handed over to the forwarding agent today, who will contact you tomorrow at the latest regarding a delivery date.
With best regards

Your Nubert team

nuLine 284 in platinum.
After 15 years of buying online, I also have to write a review

I have finally overcome my inner bastard...................
After a few years of thinking about whether, and if so, which speakers I should buy, I ended up with Günther after all!!! (Think at 2t? may I say you 😂 ).
I was not convinced by test speakers from England.

The packaging and delivery were really 1A. Ordered on Friday evening, shipped on Monday and delivered by UPS on Wednesday.
You can easily assemble the speakers on your own from the cardboard box!
Set up and connected, put on the first record, I have to say, I listen to 90% records.
The first LP should be something special, Sade - Ultimate - Is it a crime
😎
The saxophone came on, my cat looked at me and ran out of the living room. From then on, I knew immediately that there was something new in town!!!!
The clarity and power of the first bars were sheer madness!!!!

My chain is nothing special by far:
Amplifier: Kenwood KA-5010, I replaced the electrolytic capacitors and doubled the µ-count
Turntable Kenwood KD-8030 with Benz Mirco Silver
Phono-Amp Creek OBH-9 with self-built battery as power supply.

As Mr. Nubert has already written, wait a little and play it in!
It got better every day, the sound image and the stage got bigger and bigger.

Deep Puple-Made in Japan, Clapton-Slowhand, PF-Dark Side.....indescribable.
There's even a 120g pressing of Grace Jones-I've seen that face before, with tape in the room.
The Eagles Live-Hell freezes over.....Hotel California, the bass bangs so precisely that it almost hurts!!!!
My subwoofer is standing around asking for input, I've set it to 40hz crossover frequency and 30% power.

I've been listening to SACD through the Sony NS900V for a long time!
"The Who" My Generation, as if the guys were standing in front of me.

I can only recommend the 284 to anyone who wants to listen to real music again!
I haven't heard anything better in this price range, even up to well over 2t.

Have lots of fun with Nubert speakers

Nubert nuLine WS-14

I bought two nuBox 360s, the CS-2 center speaker and two RS-3 dipoles in 2000 and have had them for 13 years and have always been delighted with them!
Now, after all these years, I was in the mood for something new and as I recently bought a new large Pioneer VSX receiver, it was time to look around for new great speakers.
After the consultation with Nubert, I decided on 2xWS-14 and was once again delighted.
Starting with the speed of shipping, the top packaging and the simple assembly of some of the fixings etc., through to the workmanship of the speakers and the sound, everything was perfect and just as I was always used to from Nubert.
When the speakers were on the wall and I played music through them, my heart and ears opened.
The sound spectrum was amazing, brilliant highs (can be adjusted) paired with very good mid-range reproduction.
Considering the weight and workmanship, I didn't expect anything else.
Next up is a WS-14 as a center, then the AW-500 and finally 2xnuLine 24!
I'm looking forward to when it's complete and I can finally enjoy 3D movies to the full.

I can only warmly recommend the WS-14!
You just have to add a subwoofer, as the WS-14 are pure tweeters/midrange speakers without strong bass and need an active sub for perfect support/underpainting!
TOP dear Nubertians and keep it up 🙂!

P.S:
I really wish that Nubert would dare to try headphones because there is not enough quality on this actually big market!

nuLine AW-1300 DSP.

We received this bass monster today, unpacked it, connected it, calibrated it and then: enjoyed the latest Tarrantino movie "Django - unchained".
Oh my goodness, I don't know how many times we flinched in shock!
What bass this subwoofer can produce!
It seems that a movie only becomes an experience with this monster!
Now I'm going to start watching my favorite films again - when I have time - accompanied by our new woofer.
A brilliant piece of equipment.
It will probably take me several days to find the right settings.
But I'm confident.
An absolute recommendation to buy !!! 😉

I am an avid music fan and after 20 years with the same loudspeakers I was in the mood for something new.
Just like back then, I visited several studios and listened to rehearsals. I heard everything on the market. Including systems with exorbitant prices.
For some of the bolides (around which the house first had to be built), I was also advised to buy a new power amplifier to unleash the full depth of performance.
Everything I heard did not convince me.
Then I ordered the Nubert catalog and the delivery was not long in coming.
The catalog included a booklet with technical explanations written by Günther Nubert. I have never seen such a well-made and comprehensible publication before, I have every respect. I am a trained radio and television technician and can only recommend this brochure.
It convinced me and I ordered the Nuvero 14 at the end of April, my wife also agreed because the price was far below my available budget (after tough negotiations).
The speakers were delivered quickly and very well packaged.
In short, I have never heard a loudspeaker with comparable characteristics.
The resolution of the instruments, the low bass and the level stability are absolutely superb. I've been listening to music for several hours a day for weeks and am constantly discovering new sound variations.
I drive the 14s with a Revox B 242, which enables high distortion-free levels (no need to buy new power amplifiers) that have knocked me off my feet.
But that's not necessary, the speaker also plays at normal room volume with the full bandwidth.

Hats off to Günther Nubert and his team, keep it up! Made in Germany!

A very satisfied customer!
