Good afternoon,
I am writing my first entry in this forum today. The reason is the purchase of my 14er about 4 weeks ago.
For years I was a so-called disciple of the direct competition. I tried almost everything this manufacturer had to offer. In the end, I ended up with the company's master set. At first I wasn't dissatisfied at all, but after a move I was able to really let off steam (neighbors). And that's when the first doubts arose. The satellite woofers' diaphragms were hitting at high volumes and the sub was cracking when very low frequencies were played loudly. All on an Onkyo TX-NR 5009.
After a long period of research, I decided on the Nuvero 14, initially without a sub and additional satellites for cost reasons.
In comparison, the 14's bass response was somewhat slimmer than that of the U-doc. But they were much more precise and faster. I was pleasantly surprised by this. The problem with the room modes that had arisen in the new listening rooms had also almost disappeared.
But the big hit was the treble and mid-range. Setting: highs=neutral, mids=premium, overall=voluminous. The high-quality satellites of my previous systems had simply not produced such a precise reproduction.
I particularly noticed that although the sound was very clear and precise/present, the tweeter and midrange never became too sharp or annoying/straining, even at higher levels.
Here I remember an old pair of my friend's Kappa Infinity 9.1i speakers connected to two Parasound power amplifiers; at that time the high-end par excellence that was known to us. Compared to the 14, it sounded noticeably tiring and almost painful at somewhat higher levels. The overall sound of the K9.1i could almost be described as mushy.
Conclusion 14s: Silky-smooth and yet high-resolution treble / A midrange presentation that doesn't swallow or discolor any detail / And a bass performance that starts in the kick bass range and hardly misses anything even in the deepest bass cellar (at best a bit thin as written above)
Note: Initially, the 14 lacked a bit of stage and depth. But this "healed" over time. After about 1 week of break-in time, this condition improved and today I can speak of a very spatial presentation. I am now seriously considering whether I still need a center or not. The localization of events is impressive and is really fun in 2.0 mode.
A few days ago I added a little brother, the AW 17, to the 14 pair.
I decoupled the 14 at 40 Hz downwards. From there, the 17 took over with flying colors. According to the data sheet, it plays down to 18 Hz. I would say it feels like it does the same. The fast bass impulse is striking here, suddenly there and then quiet again. While watching TV series, my wife noticed some deep bass pulses that were hardly noticeable before. Hats off! A real addition to the 14s which already have a very good bass performance. The sound pressure is also extreme. I felt I could generate more volume than with the previous system from a competitor, although it's hard to believe.
In short: I have not regretted the purchase and would like to take this opportunity to praise Mr. A. Siegle's patient advice. Perhaps I'll call again soon and ask for advice on a few surround satellites.
On that note, have a nice day.

Hello,
I received my Nuline 264 set by UPS today. The speakers are the best I have heard in the last few years. With my Denon AVR-4311 the sound is a dream. I think I will also buy the ATM nuvero 11.
Keep up the good work......

Hello,
I have been the happy owner of a 5.1 set from the NuLine series since the end of 2011. The set has already given me many enjoyable hours and the listening pleasure is still undimmed today. As I often visit the Nubert homepage and keep an eye out for new products, I noticed that a lot has changed in the NuLine series. I am really impressed by the appearance and technical data of the new NuLine 284. If I hadn't already invested in Nubert, I would probably do so now at the latest. I may take the opportunity to listen to the sound characteristics in the listening studio. Who knows whether I won't end up replacing my existing speakers after all.
Keep up the good work and best wishes from the south.

Dear Nubert team,
So, now I just have to get my displeasure off my chest. In mid-February I put together a great home cinema system from Nubert, although some items had acceptable delivery bottlenecks of 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for my delivery today, even though the products were all available in the online store, as confirmed by phone, but unfortunately never at the same time. As no partial deliveries are planned for Switzerland and delivery bottlenecks continue to overlap with the available items, I will probably have to wait months for the items I ordered and paid for.
In this case, I would expect items that have already been paid for and are available for delivery to be stored separately for me on a pallet until delivery is complete. I had a slightly different idea of Nubert's famous service. So...dear Nubert logistics team..., you really need to improve this.
Best regards from Switzerland

So, ...... I haven't written anything for a long time but now I have to 😉
Yesterday I called the hotline to ask if there are still small grille covers for the tweeters still available for the "old" nuWave...
It was busy at the moment, they would call me back... No sooner said than done, an hour later they called me back... I told them my request and they said they would have to check if they were still available, they would get back to me....
I didn't get a call back until noon today, but it's not that bad, I thought, they'll get back to me 🙂
I opened the letterbox at around 2pm and what do I see? A small envelope with Nubert written on it as the sender 😂
Opened it, and lo and behold, 2 little grilles like I wanted jumped out at me....
What a service ❗ ❗ ❗ ❗
Where do you still get that today :?: I would say nowhere ❗
As if it's a matter of course to send something, at no cost and above all without even asking for postage 😱
Something like this is unique to dealers and I'm very happy to have gotten it...
I would like to say thank you very much, you don't forget that so quickly 😉
See you at .... 😉
best regards Bruno

With the NuPro A-20, I have another high-quality component on my desk and music from the iMac finally sounds like music.
😬
I'm absolutely thrilled with the simply beautiful, transparent sound and the really powerful bass. I really didn't expect that considering the size.
I thought long and hard about whether to buy an A-10 or an A-20.
Doubting the bass power of the "small" A-10, I opted for the A-20.
Certainly a little big on the desk, but without a doubt chic in the white piano lacquer finish.
At more than half the volume with music from the deep house corner, the grin was firmly engraved on my face.
Bass was dry as dust, treble and mids super transparent.
Pieces by Fleetwood Mac and Dire Straits were also great, as was film music by Hans Zimmer.
Many people say that a loudspeaker first has to break in.
As a newbie, I'll just say that mine already sound great and are definitely not going back.
Due to the flawless workmanship, the wonderful sound and "Made in Germany", I would like to give them an absolute recommendation.
Many thanks to the nubert team for the speedy delivery. This will certainly not be my last purchase from you.

Hello,
I became aware of your company today through the HiFi Forum.
Just surfing through the homepage I am totally impressed.
I have rarely found such good and clear information on a homepage. When it comes to buying new loudspeakers, I will listen to your speakers.

I'm no newcomer to Nubert loudspeakers, but I'm always amazed at what the guys around Günther Nubert manage to achieve time and time again 😂 .
After much deliberation, I decided to replace my NuBox 511 set (5.0 with ABL) with small speakers. Of course, my wife's visual wishes also played a major role.
So I made a quick call to Schwäbisch-Gmünd and arranged an appointment to inspect the new NuLine 24s.
To cut a long story short: 5 NuLine 24s and a small AW 500 have been gracing our living room for a few days now and I'm fascinated by what comes out of these little speakers. The NuLine 24s are truly full-range loudspeakers in miniature cabinets. Absolutely transparent and lively in sound, they lack nothing and made it easier to say goodbye to my beloved NuBox 511. The icing on the cake and the crowning glory, so to speak, of this fantastically homogeneous set is the AW 500 ❗ .
Anyone who previously believed that only large woofers were capable of reproducing proper low bass has been proven wrong. Bone-dry, extremely precise and with a decent level, it does its job almost invisibly in the living room 😂 .
I am completely satisfied - and my wife has also "fallen in love" with these beautiful speakers - hi-fi fan, what more could you want?
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the entire NSF team, who pulled out all the stops to make my
1. make my stay in SG as pleasant as possible;
2. to make the decision easier without being intrusive;
3. to be able to give me all the LS on the trip and
4. last but not least, to facilitate many nice conversations and contacts.
Keep up the good work ❗
A loyal regular customer 😉
