I already own NuBox 681 and other Nubert products. I have always been satisfied with Nubert.

I ordered the Pre Box SE from Project for my son on Friday from the salesman Mr. B* at the Schnäppchen Markt. Mr. B* said that I would receive an order confirmation and that the device would be sent out on Saturday. On Saturday I still had no answering machine, so I called Nubert and had Mrs. P* on the phone who immediately sent me the answering machine, unfortunately the device did not go out on Saturday as Mr. B* had said.

On Wednesday I received the device and unpacked it - then the package did not contain the ordered goods but a different device. Mr. B* must have had a difficult evening beforehand as he passed on the device or was temporarily blinded.javascript:smilie('😈')

In any case, I would have needed the device on Thursday. They offered me express shipping via UPS so the device would be there on Friday before 12:00 noon. Well, unfortunately there are also people in this country who have to work - DHL Express shipping is not possible according to Ms. P*, then I could at least have picked up the device from the post office on Saturday.

I have to say I am more than disappointed with the 'handling'. In this case, I'm the customer who has to pay for the mistakes from the wrong shipping. I paid money in advance, received the wrong goods and was not helped in the situation.

I won't be buying anything from Nubert again

First of all, thank you very much for your, albeit very disappointed, guestbook entry!
We are extremely sorry that there were obviously weaknesses in the processing of your order.
We had offered you various alternative options (e.g. via DHL) within the scope of our logistical possibilities, which would have enabled a replacement delivery by Friday.
Unfortunately, despite our request, we did not have the opportunity for a personal meeting to clarify the misunderstandings and find a satisfactory solution.
With a little less emotional communication, things would surely have been much more positive? What a pity.

I have owned the new "nuVero3" for more than 3 months now. My conclusion:

As a full-grown, carefully crafted compact loudspeaker from the "nuVero3" series, equipped with the best ingredients, it delivers the best sonic results for me, the likes of which are otherwise hard to find in this price range. Whether movie, pop, rock, pop songs or classical music: thanks to the sophisticated technology inside the speakers, the nuVero3 offers a sound quality that is second to none.
Added to this is the very high level of detail, the clear and precise bass and the very stable, deep, wide and appropriately high spatial imaging. At higher volumes, my Onkyo TX-NR 5007, nuVero 14, 7 and nuVero 3 still manage to keep an overview of what's going on and create order with ease.

My conclusion for the nuVero 3: solid, honest, genuine, powerful, strong and beautiful.

It's great that a company like NUBERT still exists. The super, friendly and fast service from NUBERT should also be mentioned. Thanks again to Mr. Nubert, Mr. Bühler & Co.

Yesterday I ordered the nuCable exclusively and paid for it via Internet banking - today I was able to connect it between the amplifier and the speakers.
I'm thrilled: such a neat cable rounds off the system psychologically!

I've owned the nuBox 660 for 10 years now, and I can tell you that I'm still blown away every time I listen to music, whether it's Beethoven, Mozart, the Rolling Stones or Jimi Hendrix, it's always a new musical experience and every time I'm enchanted by the sound, you simply have to hear how delicate some passages are reproduced, simply wonderful, thank you.

You have once again managed to completely inspire me!
I have never been as 100% satisfied with any company as I am with Nubert!
(This is not an advertising slogan, but my honest opinion)

On July 25, I had a very good informational discussion with Mr. Bühler - many thanks again to you - and on July 26, I bought a Denon AVR 3312.
Even though this device is not a Nubert in-house production, I received excellent advice from the information hotline and especially from Mr. Bühler about the current Denon AV receiver series.
On the evening of the same day, I then ordered 2 HDMI cables and nuCable bananas online - everything went perfectly with this order too.

Two days later, the Denon was in my room - what more could you want ...?

Conclusion: After ordering my nuBox 511, 411, 301 and some time before the AW 440 subwoofer here in 2009, everything went perfectly again with this order!!!

Big praise to Nubert - I will remain loyal to you

Dear nubert team,

Since July 25th I am now the proud owner of new speakers, consisting of two nuVero14 for the stereo system, which serve as front speakers for the home theater system by means of a switch, as well as a nuVero7 center and a pair of nuVero3 for the surround and back surround area.
I can now justifiably claim to have finally found the sound I've been looking for for years! 😂 I always thought that this was only possible in unaffordable spheres! :rolleyes:
Without ever having heard the speakers you might think that you don't get high-end sound delivered at these prices. I used to think that too!
I have finally "arrived" and am completely satisfied with the sound of my system(s).
For guest readers: I am not an employee of nubert, nor do I receive any benefits of any kind from this article!
The sound experience that the nuVero set radiates into the living room could be described as follows: crystal-clear highs, well-differentiated mids and a crisp, honest bass that is never intrusive or boomy. The "stage" that opens up in front of you is extremely wide and you have the feeling of being right in the middle of it (instead of just being there... 😉 ). In multi-channel mode - whether with movies or music DVDs or BDs - as well as in stereo mode, this set is in a completely different league to my previous systems. Until recently, I had a home cinema set from a well-known Hessian manufacturer (not an entry-level series!) and really good speakers from northern Germany for stereo. I don't want to mention the brands by name; the "insiders" can guess who I'm talking about. 😎
In any case, I can only recommend everyone to test the speakers at home without obligation. The sound offered here is exorbitantly good in relation to the price! Only those who hear it for themselves can get an idea of what is ultimately on offer. You can write and read a lot... :i:

A big compliment goes to the nubert team's advice. They are always friendly, courteous and competent! You really are still a customer here - no trace of a service desert in Germany! 🙂

A very special thank you in this context goes to Holger Nubert and Tobias Schiffner, who were there for me with their full commitment in terms of advice and delivery.

That's it now - I have to get back to listening to music.... 😬

Dear Nubert team,
Since last Friday I am the proud owner of a NuLine combination consisting of:
NuLine82,32, AW1000
Cs72 will hopefully be available again soon! (still missing to complete the set)
I can hardly put into words what I heard!!!
Music:
Crystal clear sound that is convincing all along the line.
A sub that doesn't impose itself at any time and thus rounds off the overall picture precisely.
Movie:
Perfect sound even at very high volumes (didn't know that movies are so acoustically detailed) 🙂
This is where the sub really shows its wild side and bombards you with powerful waves that make me grin broadly.
Thank you for this experience!!!
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank your absolutely competent and extremely friendly staff.

Hello Nuberts

After the NuVero 14 / 7 / 5 and an AW 1500 in the living room, it was now the turn of the nuPro A20 for the PC. Ordered, arrived the very next day !!!! unbelievable.
Connected, noticed unusual noises when listening to a speaker......
Called the hotline the next morning, super nice contact, immediately discussed replacement by phone and the new one was there the next day. It could hardly be quicker !!!! This is first-class customer service that the big players should take a leaf out of their book!

But then the experience was really amazing .... It's hard to believe what comes out of the A 20. You look in disbelief at these little things that sound really BIG!

After the NuVeros and NuPros, I'm a Nubertian 🙂
who would now be looking forward to a NuVero woofer in his hi-fi life !!!!

Keep up the good work ..... 😂
