Hello,
My nuBox 311 arrived today. The little ones were actually only intended as transitional speakers until my Focal Electra Be arrived. Well, what can I say? For a "temporary solution", they simply play fantastically and the Electra first have to prove whether they are worth costing almost 10 times as much 😉 .
Service and delivery were absolutely great (do you actually work with a crystal ball?), clicked on "Transfer" and (it felt like) 5 minutes later the speakers were already there 😬 .
Best regards

I bought a pair of nuBox 660s from nuMarkt. But now I have a problem... I have to listen to all my CDs again - because I suddenly hear things that I couldn't hear before. I mainly listen to rock music - definitely one (of many) strengths of these speakers!

So if you're looking for something new and are into stereo, for example, there's hardly any other option than to start with 681s...

I am blown away!

Dear Nubert team,
I also have to write something here. I ordered my Nubert speakers in November 07 (nuBox AW-880) and March 08 (nuBox 311), so I can now draw a well-considered conclusion.

After being persuaded by my wife to buy a sub-sat system from a major American manufacturer on offer in October 06 (?they're so nice and small? :-), the system at home didn't convince me at all ? even my old speakers sounded much better than these ?roaring cubes? with the pseudo-sub.

After a long discussion, I then ordered the AW 880 and later the 311s, both of which were discontinued models / B-goods. I have nothing new to say about the handling: simply excellent, very pleasant.

I first had to warm up to both the Sub and the 311s. It took some time to set up the Sub properly. And the 311s had to warm up a bit. They also sounded a little too dry and honest for me at first. What's more, my ears were used to good quality thanks to my (unfortunately ageing) old bookshelf speakers from a well-known German high-end manufacturer.

I am now very satisfied! I am the proud owner of a sub-sat system that really deserves its name. The sound is really wonderful: the bass is dry and abysmal, the sub has incredible reserves of power! The treble of the 311s is delicate, fine and silky, the mids are very clearly structured and incredibly clear. The speakers really make good recordings shine. However, as has often been written, they also expose bad recordings with a vengeance :-)

In my opinion, every good recording sounds excellent, regardless of the style. But as a lover of sacred music with a small choir and orchestra, I am particularly enthusiastic! I have never heard my recordings sound so direct, warm and crystal clear. It pays to invest in good recordings.

Of course, a pair of large floorstanding speakers would be even better overall, more homogeneous. But my wife wouldn't play along :-)
Apart from that, I'm absolutely delighted with the price-performance ratio and would recommend Nubert to anyone looking for good sound at a fair price!

Hello,

Thanks to the numerous positive comments in the various forums dealing with HIFI, I became aware of the Nubert company.
After a few months of saving (I'm still a student), I was able to exchange my old, used speakers for a pair of NuBox 311s.
When the speakers arrived, I was really looking forward to finally listening to some music with the little ones.
In addition to the pair of speakers, I also treated myself to a speaker cable and an RCA cable (nuCable).

Unpacking and plugging in the new additions went very quickly and I was able to test the little sound wonders in no time.
But when I wanted to test the speakers with "Johnny Cash - Solitary Man" to start with, I was in for a nasty surprise - it sounds terrible!

I immediately switched the system off again to test the wiring, but everything was fine.
So I turned up the amplifier and CD player again.
But this time, apart from a slightly louder humming noise, nothing came out of the speakers...
At this point I was a little surprised. There's no such thing, why doesn't it work?
After a bit of trial and error, I discovered the culprit: the nuCable distorts the sound and causes a loud humming noise in my speakers.
So I removed the cable and used a cheap 0815 cable instead so that I could finally enjoy listening to music.

In the first 10 minutes I couldn't hear any audible difference to my old pair of speakers.
Only when I played the soundtrack to Lord of the Rings and changed my listening position (the speakers are currently extremely poorly positioned) did I hear a clear difference.

All in all, I can say: "Hats off, Nubert!"

However, I still can't say why the nuCable causes such a humming noise with my (self-built) amplifier.

I will ask the forum.

Regards
Bernhard

Now, as a regular visitor to the "Nubertpage", I ask myself how it can be that the two devices "NAD T-743" and "NAD T-753" are available in the bargain market (whether in Ahlen or in Schwäbisch Gmünd) for ? 549.00 and ? 749.00, where even NAD's own online store offers these devices for just ? 499.00 (and even free shipping!!!)...?

What do these prices have to do with "bargains"?

Greetings from Hamburg!

Good day!

I am totally thrilled 😬

After asking lots of questions and reading along in the nuForum, I finally decided to go to SG.

I received good advice there and my decision to buy the nuWave35 + ATM was exactly the right one.

The sound is stunning and the stands are also visually unbeatable.

I now think I have a visit from Clapton or Knopfler at home and can finally enjoy myself again. 😎

Another positive thing I noticed about the seller was this:
I wanted 4mm² cable. When he heard that I wanted a total length of just 10m, he said that 2.5mm² would easily be enough for me. I think that's brilliant! Anywhere else it would have been "Just right, wouldn't you like some more cable as a reserve"? Nubert didn't talk me up unnecessarily or create unpleasant situations.

The only "negative" things I noticed were the incomplete spare parts for the speaker covers and a banana sleeve that was spinning. Now the plug just wobbles a bit...

Thank you Nubert for the ingenious and honest speakers!

I am very satisfied.

I've had the Nubox 381 for a few months now, but they deserve this entry!
at first i found them a bit "harsh", but that has been put into perspective - this speaker is the most honest i have ever heard.
i use them stereo, without atm module, and for the price and for rooms up to 25sqm or so i can recommend them without any significant drawbacks....
the bass is very impressive for this size of speaker (without atm)! i don't just mean strong, but "good", i.e. precise...
Nubert builds really good speakers at a relatively low price - keep it up!
I am glad to have bought from you and will recommend you to others

so... so now there are also two nuwave 35 in anthracite here and i'm listening to them in detail.

earlier i put on the really brilliant album visible world by jan garbarek and i'm still blown away!
a large three-dimensional stage is set up on which every sound source has its fixed place! every detail can be heard exactly. I've only heard this in this form from much more expensive/larger sound transducers.

I almost like the small 35s even better than the 10s in the current listening situation... 😱

i don't think i'll be returning them and will rather improve the impressive sound with an atm in the near future 😂

it's a real shame that this series with the best p/l ratio is being phased out!

Hello,

I finally want to immortalize myself.

It all started a few years ago when I got the big NuBox 580 set from my father (albeit 5.0).
I was already incredibly happy with the set and completely thrilled.
After a while, I ordered an AW 880 from Nubert and everything was handled perfectly.
After a year, I ordered the second one (unfortunately on the second-hand market).

The service, the advice and the speakers are simply a dream!!!

In the meantime, only the 580s have remained, but a CS 70, 2 AW 1500s and 2 WS 10s have been added 😈 .
And the NuLine 30 in the living room.
However, everything is also via NuMarkt - but the 122s come directly from Nubert.
All cables and accessories also ordered via Nubert and as always - absolutely satisfied!!!

Anyone thinking of getting Nubert speakers should stop thinking and just do it!
And if necessary, just get them used until you have enough money for new ones 😉 😬
