So, now also from me "lobpudellei".
Yesterday I became the proud owner of the Nuline102, CS 42 and the Sub 560. What can I say - everything is absolutely GREAT. Silver speakers with the silver grilles - super. The sub comes from the 2nd choice sale - I can't even see a blemish, scratch etc. from 1 cm away!!!
😂 😂
Even with my old Denon receiver I now have a great sound, so I don't need a new receiver but NEW speakers.

Conclusion: Great speakers and, above all, great service. Thanks to Mr. Siegle for his patience and especially to Mr. Bühler and the shipping team for the huge surprise for my birthday.

So I know where I'll be buying my hi-fi equipment in future - keep up the good work.

And one more thing to Mr. Matze. Everyone makes mistakes. You just have to give the other person the opportunity to correct a mistake. When I read your message, I get the feeling that you NEVER wanted the speakers in the first place. Maybe the quirk happened to you too....

Dear Nubert team,
In the last few weeks I have ordered a CS201 center speaker together with various accessories and an AV receiver to complement my Nubox 360, which I have been using with great satisfaction for many years. Both the speaker, for which Mr. Bühler gave me excellent advice, and the super advice on the receiver from Mr. Kellner are worthy of great praise!
And it's no secret that the speakers themselves are beyond reproach! Many thanks to the entire Nubert team!

Today I received the ordered NuBox 481 in black / silver full of positive expectations.

The first box was freed from the packaging material and lo and behold...

On the silver painted front surface, the bottom right corner is so bumped that the paint is chipped and of course a dent is visible.

It is definitely not transport damage because the box is covered with polystyrene at the corners for shipping.

So there are only two assumptions: Either the box was damaged during production, in which case thank you to quality control. Or I have received a copy that has already been "test listened to" by another customer and then sent back to Nubert... The speaker may have been damaged by this person.

To be honest, I don't care.

Loudspeakers costing 500 euros (without a middleman's mark-up) should not arrive at the end user like this! Even the many oh-so-great test reports are of no use...
Apart from all the effort involved. Now I'm getting two return documents from UPS, which will probably take two to three days. Then I have to call UPS to discuss a pick-up date. Hopefully I can at least arrange a time with UPS. After all, you are also working. Only when the speakers are back at Nubert will the amount be transferred back to me. (Let's see how long that takes).

The lady on the hotline I called about the complaint said that a return was no problem at all, but there was no sign of any consolation. What a pity...

NUBERT? Never ever....

Answer from the Nubert-Team

Dear "Matze"!
We are very sorry that you received a damaged delivery. We are unable to say from here what the cause was. It is of course possible that a faulty item slipped through the final inspection. (Correct - shouldn't happen...) But it could also be transport damage - a hard knock or drop from a great height may also have an effect through the polystyrene. However, it is impossible that you have received a damaged return copy! Every return is meticulously checked and, in the event of the slightest damage, is sent to the second choice sale. It's a shame that our speakers don't even have the chance to convince you of their sound quality. We would certainly have found a solution for the damaged speaker... But you immediately demanded your right of return and don't want to give us another chance - what a pity!

In conclusion, we can only apologize for the inconvenience. Things can't always be perfect...

Hello Nubert Team,

I connected my new nuWave35 yesterday.

Respect!!!

First-class order processing. Optimally packaged. Goods in optimal condition. Description detailed and understandable.

The sound of the speakers was so good that I immediately decided to return the ATM I had ordered. I had ordered it because I was missing a loudness button on my new Harman Kardon HK970. I tend to listen to music quietly and I was missing the base in the bass. And with the nuWave35 I really do have enough of that.

But once the ATM was there, I plugged it in. And it wasn't the extra bass that blew me away (although there is quite a bit extra). But playing around with the mid and treble controls was a real surprise! Everything sounds much fuller and richer. I hadn't expected such a big increase in performance. Thanks for that. The module can also stay!!!

Nubert is a clear recommendation!

Greetings from Petersburg

Hello Nubert Team,

I've been the proud owner of an AW-1000 for 10 days now and I get up in the morning with a grin on my face.
The AW-1000 provides my 30 square meter room with such perfect sound that it sends shivers down my spine.

I am completely delighted with the purchase process, shipping and workmanship.

Thank you very much and keep up the good work.

A happy new Nubert fan

Hello,

I would like to slowly put together a 5.1 system, but for reasons of cost and above all space, I would like to start with stereo, namely 2 x nubox-311.

Of course, I need a receiver for this, and I want it to be a 5.1 receiver, as I don't want to replace it later.

And above all, I want to be able to listen to music in reasonably OK quality, not just watch movies.

I had Onkyo TX-SR304E (220Euro) [alternatives: Sony STR-DG510 (190Euro) DK-Digital AV-R500 (100Euro)] in mind and the main question now is how these receivers deal with the fact that there are only 2 speakers connected to them. Can I adjust this somehow? I don't want anything to be missing from the sound spectrum.

Thank you!

Hello,
I'm toying with the idea of buying the nu Box 381 and the nu Box AW-441 subwoofer.
Unfortunately, I don't know whether I can use the speakers with my Sony str-de 335 receiver, nor do I know how to connect the speakers + woofer correctly.
I've read through the description of the AW-441, but it doesn't really help. That's probably because I'm a complete layman in this field.
I would be very grateful for a few brief answers that I, as a layman, can understand.
Thank you in advance ...

Hi!
So: Six months ago I bought 2 Nubox 400s, which were on sale at the time. Soon afterwards, I was absolutely convinced by the aw 991, the large center of the series and the DS-301 and turned my living room into a home cinema.
The sound is simply breathtakingly full and can be recommended to everyone. Anyone familiar with average standard home theater systems from a specialist store will be surprised at how incredibly realistic and transparent the Nubert speakers sound in comparison. My previous, more expensive! Sub-Sat system from B... although easy to store, cannot even begin to keep up, much to my own dismay!

Since my enthusiasm just won't die down after such a long time, I just have to mention it here again ; -)

I finally own the NuBox 380 set 2 completely. It consists of the front LS nuBox 380, center LS CS-330, rear LS RS 300 and the subwoofer AW-440. Thanks to the very reasonable offer of the discontinued RS-300 models, I can now enjoy the sound of film and music in full surround perfection. The speakers interact seamlessly and offer enormous power even at high volumes. Nothing sounds washed out or unclear. While the Nubox 380, in combination with the AW-440 subwoofer, plays very detailed and dynamic in stereo, the airy-sounding CS-330 center perfectly complements the vocal reproduction and the background noise from the front. Despite difficult room conditions, the RS 300 dipole rear speakers have made it possible to create a sound that puts me directly in the middle of the music and movie action. I was particularly impressed by the subwoofer's features. Who wants to keep getting up from the sofa to adjust the volume? What's more, the bass doesn't boom, even though the subwoofer is positioned right in the corner of the room. Remarkable! As a student, I have to watch every coin, so I think twice about every new purchase. However, I was able to digest the expenditure for the Nubox set with a clear conscience, as the value for money here is outstanding! An absolute recommendation to buy!

I've been the proud owner of 2xNubox 481s since March 28, and the enthusiasm I felt when I tried them out twice was even greater at home. My usual music sounds much better and even my wife is happy (about the satisfied husband and the great sound).

Many thanks for the friendly advice - especially to Mr. Herter, who even looked after me beyond store opening hours (on Friday evening!)!
