Better service is not possible!!! Competent and knowledgeable advice when buying speakers! Friendly and courteous! Also something rare: I also needed original packaging to ship the speakers I sold. I got the box with all the packaging delivered to my home within 24 hours by UP'S! Super!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for the quick and satisfactory processing of my orders.
Special thanks to Mr. Bühler for his technical advice and explanation as well as for the nice conversation and for the included surprise.
In addition to the friendliness of the MA, the workmanship and the excellent sound of my NuLine speakers are also excellent.
Now I'm still missing the sub, which I'll definitely be buying from Nubert in the near future.
As the best sign of my satisfaction, I will recommend Nubert to my friends and business associates.

I don't normally write in forums and normally I would certainly have noticed something negative about a purchase of this size....

Can only agree with the many previous comments. Perfect customer service including loading assistance until an hour after closing time (Saturday!!), super advice with a great atmosphere in the store including pizza on the house as I was about to starve and had no cash with me..... and you really don't need to say anything more about the boxes. I haven't made any adjustments yet as I don't have the necessary week's vacation but I already can't get the grin off my face.

A big thank you to the Nubert team!!!

I will refrain from praising Nubert for its exemplary service and its highly sophisticated and constantly amazing products ... because that happens everywhere in this guestbook. Now that I have finally made my purchase, I can only agree with this.

Constructive criticism instead:

It's time to make room for good acoustics on the desks of this world. An active speaker set "with a design based on the simple functionality of Apple" or a PC speaker system is long overdue.

I would be really surprised if Mr. Nubert doesn't come up with something like this.

When will I finally be allowed to remove the "****** ****** clutter" from my workplace?

I have now owned two nuWave 85 with ATM and NAD C352 for a good 5 months and am just as enthusiastic as I was at the beginning. Nubert has given music a completely new significance in my life. Thank you Nubert for the wonderful evenings of simply listening to music. I particularly liked the spatial representation. It's hard to believe, but you can even hear whether a musician is standing or sitting, provided the recording is good. It seems as if the music is in the room. It's usually hard for me to believe that music is coming out of the speakers. But I also like the level stability, especially in relation to the size of the speakers. But it's the higher volumes in particular that take on a whole new meaning, redefining them, as there is a fullness of sound that is really enveloping even at normal volumes.
The order went smoothly, but the delivery was faulty. I was delivered 2 left LS. But a quick phone call and a day later the right tool was delivered to turn the tweeter. Great!!!! However, after a month the amplifier had a defect on the right channel. After troubleshooting on the phone, I was sent a new one and the old one was sent back free of charge. Simply great!!! It should be noted that this phone call lasted about an hour and the responsible consultant made every effort to find the error with me. Thank you very much.

Has the horizon been extended? Not extended, but I heard for the first time that it exists.

Somebody else say "service desert Germany". Nubert shines with first-class advice, very good service (even after the purchase) and, last but not least, excellent technology.
After a trial listening session and intensive, pleasant advice, I decided on a nuWave surround set and also picked up an AV receiver and DVD player from Onkyo for a fair price.
The great sound experience at home (I can only agree with the other guestbook writers). After our vacation, there was an uncharacteristic problem with the DVD player. An e-mail to Nubert, then a short phone call and a new device arrived a day later. It really couldn't have been quicker and everything was totally uncomplicated.
Now everything is working again to our complete satisfaction.

Many thanks again to Mr. Kellner, that was great!

I would just like to briefly express my enthusiasm about Nubert's customer service.
Yesterday I spoke to an employee who clearly enjoys his job and made a dedicated effort to fulfill my request, and the goods have already arrived this morning. Brilliant!
A nice ray of hope in the otherwise often gray service desert that is Germany.
Keep up the good work.
(I'm not going to talk about the super loudspeakers here, which I'm very happy with. 😉)

Hello,
I've been using the AW-991 in a set with four large Canton floorstanding speakers (LE 109) and a Canton center speaker for a few weeks now. Until now, I was actually of the opinion that my home theater had sufficient bass...
Nevertheless, I've been flirting with Nubert subwoofers for a while and have now simply given them a try thanks to the free shipping offer. The subwoofer blends in very harmoniously with the sound of the Cantons when properly set up and adjusted. Especially in the absolute low bass range, my home theater was able to improve significantly.
I regret to inform you that you will not be getting the AW-991 back. I may even gradually convert my home theater completely to Nubert.

Hello!

I would like to thank Nubert here for their extremely friendly support.

On Tuesday I drove a total of 1056 kilometers (11 hours by car)
drive) just to listen to the entire program on loudspeakers in Schwäbisch Gmünd.
