I've been testing a pair of Nubox 310s since Saturday and can clearly say that ordering them was one of the better ideas in my life ;-)
The little ones are running on my desk as near-field monitors on an Accuphase 205 (yes, there used to be such a thing...) The balance is excellent, no area is underexposed and none is overly loud. I corrected the frequency response in the bass with a DSP plug-in and, as someone who has been playing electric bass for more than 30 years, I am particularly impressed by the bass qualities of these tiny speakers. But the vocal reproduction is also not at all squawky or pressed or anything else you experience in this price range. I only find the treble a little hard or scratchy, the magnetostats in my old Teufel speakers sounded finer, but for the price range....Super!!! This makes listening to music at a lower volume really fun again! The only criticism: the horizontal \"sweet spot\" is very narrow.

I unpacked my new NuBox 310 a few hours ago and of course connected it straight away. I'm absolutely thrilled with the sound quality you get for the price.
Only the bass range is a bit lacking, but that's not surprising given the size, so I'll order the ABL in the summer and then everything will be fine 😉

Brief commentary on Dominique and the NuWave35:

The sharpness definitely comes from the connected electronics (amplifier, CD player). The 35 doesn't tend to do this at all. It is absolutely neutral and naturally - as befits a good loudspeaker - reveals the weaknesses of a recording and the sound characteristics of the playback devices. What the Nubert team has achieved for the modest budget can only be described as a minor miracle. The 35 easily outperforms some speakers that cost many times more. This is high-end for a small budget.

I used the whole rainy weekend to test my new Nuwave 35.

I have to say that any skepticism has vanished. These speakers really are true all-rounders and are especially great for classical and vocal music, rich in detail without being annoying.
You have a clearly defined sound stage in front of you and the fullness of the orchestra is not lost - something the competition struggles with.
Voices sound warm and free. Not canny and bony.
Even with really loud, powerful recordings, such as the Alpine Symphony under Thielemann, you can hear all the details with distinction, even at the climaxes - probably the loudest thing in the classical world. My old speakers sound mushy afterwards.

I was fascinated by the spatiality of old mono recordings - I've never heard them like this before, impressive.

Poorly recorded recordings and noisy live recordings, which classical music lovers often have in their poison cabinet, are problematic and are exposed by the speakers.
However, there was a solution for me: if you tilt the switch on the back of the Nuwaves downwards, the recordings sound a little fuller and warmer, so you can still listen to them.

An absolute recommendation to buy from me, I've listened to so many speakers in a similar and higher price range recently and these are clearly the best.

You should give the speakers time to have an effect on you, I personally also had the feeling that the initial sharpness disappeared after a certain amount of time, it could also be that my ears got used to the tweeters - however, I am more than satisfied.
The hotline is very competent and friendly.

Regards,
Dominique

Hello Nubert team,

I have been pampering my ears with the nuLine 30 for over a year now and I am completely thrilled. In future, an ATM module should tease even more out of the speaker. So get ready for a visit to Hörstudio Gmünd soon! True to the motto: I'll come, listen and buy!

Greetings from Stuttgart,

J.

Hello

Even if I repeat myself. Once again a dream was realized, a Marantz DV 9600 was delivered on time.
Despite delivery difficulties on the part of Marantz, the date specified by Mr. Siegle could be met, top conditions well and original packaging delivered on the day I requested.
What more could you want? With so many orders from me, no disappointment, no promises that were not kept, no exaggeration of the product description, simply ..\"Perfect.\"

By the way to my previous guestbook entry. I have the same combination Nu120 / Pm15S1. I was also cautiously enthusiastic at first, but the fact that the Nu 120 doesn't jump out at you is its real quality, the neutrality, especially in combination with the Marantz Pm 15, is indescribable.

Many thanks again to the entire Nubert team, many thanks Mr. Reichle
and best regards to all from Heidelberg

Hello dear Nubert team!

First of all, many thanks for the first-class processing. My Nubert nuLine 120s arrived within a week of my order (04.05.06).
I didn't really know what to expect because I had never experienced a listening test with loudspeakers from your company. I had also been quite spoiled by my last loudspeakers (Quadral Aurum Vulkan), which in my opinion were very powerful, especially in the bass range, but not quite as precise.
After connecting the new Nubert nuLine 120s to my Marantz PM-15S1 and playing the first few notes of music, I was initially a little disappointed. The bass seemed restrained and the voices seemed to be nasal. This went on for two days. But on the third day, the speakers suddenly seemed to explode. The highs were clear and heavenly, the mids super clean and the bass precise, but also pitch-black and abysmal. They are hurled into the room like an eruption without losing control. I had goose bumps. And it stayed that way. They are the perfect speakers for me. They make me forget the Vulkan easily and effortlessly. And if you then compare the prices, you can only say: BRAVO!!!

Best regards from an enthusiastic customer
Christian Kutz :-)

I was able to test the nuBox-310-Set 5 for four weeks and I am extremely impressed by the musical qualities of the small speakers - which, by the way, look better than the photos on the Nubert homepage suggest. The occasional prejudice that Nubert speakers sound "bright" or even "shrill", "sober" or "cold" has been thoroughly refuted to my ears, and my fear that the set would only be suitable for 5.1 and not for stereo playback has fortunately not been confirmed. On the contrary, I am amazed at how well the speakers cope with a wide variety of music: Chamber music sounds transparent and clear, romantic organ music (especially considering the small speaker format) sounds surprisingly warm and round, complex symphonic orchestral music is clearly staggered and at the same time reproduced with \"big\" sound is reproduced. The precisely responding subwoofer also contributes to this, integrating itself very homogeneously into the overall picture and still developing the necessary pressure when necessary - for example with pop or electro-acoustic music. The fact that surround music sounds excellent under these circumstances really needs no further explanation. I am so convinced of the set's sound quality that it doesn't matter that the delivery time for the speakers took a little longer than the friendly ladies on the phone told me. Many thanks to the Nubert team!

Hello NUBERT team,

After 4 years, I would like to make a positive statement for you.

At the time, I purchased the AW-850 woofer, the RS-300 rears and the CS-330 center. RS-300 and the CS-330 center, as well as the then current Dolby receiver DENON AVR-3802.

You can write a lot about this statement or just say it in one word:

S P I T Z E

In addition to the comprehensive advice, I was even recommended to keep my \"Fronts\" (MB Quart), as these can be integrated into the system in terms of sound - you don't hear that every day.

After 4 years, the control panel on the woofer actually broke, which is not a problem thanks to the 5-year warranty. As the original box was no longer available, I was quickly sent one via UPS - not bad either.

After about 10 days (was it 10 days?) I was back to being "watered". The woofer also received a free upgrade (heat sink) - hello there.

If I ever want to set myself up again in terms of sound, I know who to contact - and since nothing is better than word of mouth, you can count on me.

Keep up the good work.

Enough \"spamming\".

Have a good time.
