REFUND OF SHIPPING COSTS ???

I ordered a pair of nubox 400 at the end of last year. Due to negative listening experiences in my room, I sent the pair back within a week.

I then had a pair of nuline 30s sent to me, which I kept.

I am supposed to pay the shipping costs for the first pair, which in my opinion violates the \'Distance Selling Act\' or the EU directive now in force.

I am generally very satisfied with the nubert service, but other direct mail order companies also refund the shipping costs!

As I said, the service and the \'trial period\' of 30 days is great,
but right must remain right!

Hello,

I would like to thank you for the outstanding Nubert service:
On Saturday, I was immediately called back by Mr. Bühler regarding my questions about the speaker configuration. The conversation lasted over half an hour and was very informative.
I never had the impression that the \"most expensive\" speakers; I was recommended a set-up that was tailored to my room!
Mr. Bühler's efforts were definitely worthwhile: I will save some more money and then order by mid-April at the latest -- I promise!!!

The "swap" worked really well. Now everything is right, even the look harmonizes with the sound. I am perfectly happy. A great pair of speakers, the nuLine 80 in beech.

Hello folks! So I'm writing again to get rid of one thing, the Nuberts (Nubox 310,330,880) are so cool. I'm currently listening to them and once again I'm so impressed by the sound of the smallest offspring that I want to write this again! Even after 3 years I am not disappointed at all. Please, dear Nubert team, keep up the good work, the success proves you right. To the others, buy Nubert speakers!!!!

Ps: It would be really nice if someone from the Nubert team could write back to me. It's a shame that I can't be part of this team.

I have to get this off my chest: I've had the 380 Nuberts at home for about a year and am extremely satisfied. Now I need the black cover instead of the blue one (simply for visual reasons).
Now I was expecting the following scenario: \" but that costs 50 EUR + 12 EUR transportation with 6 weeks delivery time...hehe!\"
Somehow you've had experiences like this before.
BUT NOT WITH NUBERT, PEOPLE!
Here they didn't ask why or why not...but the remarkably friendly answer was: \"I'm sending the cover off today; the black one costs you nothing; have fun with it!; your address is ....!\"

I was so astonished that I couldn't find the right words.

So you Nuberts: keep up the good work, your service is top class! That's another reason to recommend your products to everyone without reservation!

and the sound of the speakers is brilliant. You really deserve an award.

😂 Hello,
I've been sitting in my living room like this since Saturday evening. Last week I didn't even know that there was a Nubert company. Now I'm the proud owner of 2 Nubox 380, 1 CS330, 2RS300 and an AW440. The house was a mess until the speakers were connected and the first sounds were heard. Then she smiled again. It's simply stunning. Every sound, no matter how small, is heard. A super clean speaker and a woofer that is absolutely sufficient for my 35 square meters, even in this size. It's simply great fun. 😬

Hello Nubert Team !
The sound of my two 125s is simply superb. The sound that comes out is awesome! You can give the AW 1500 a break from time to time! :-)
Unfortunately I have to agree with my predecessor Jonas, there are 2 small protruding edges on the top of the left speaker ??
2 choice? But I did not order it!
In addition, the threads of the brackets of the speaker grilles are apparently defective. 4 of them cannot be tightened properly!
