I have to give the NSF a big thumbs up! I've just found this auction on Ebay and I think it's really great that Mr. Nubert is also involved in such charitable projects!!!

I took advantage of a trip yesterday to pop into the Nubert store in Schwäbisch Gmünd, listen to the speakers and pay for and order them on the spot. The friendly salesman - who gave me very good and critical advice - said that the order would probably not go out until Monday and then arrive at my home (700 km away) on Wednesday. And what happens today, just one day after the store visit and a few hours after returning home? The parcel carrier has already arrived with the Nubert boxes! I'm thrilled, and also with the product.

I was able to listen to a Nuwave 105 for the first time ... but to be honest, this speaker didn't really knock my socks off ... I don't know, but somehow Nubert seems to be congratulating itself with the test results ... pretty sharp highs and somehow washed out in the mid-range and I've heard better bass ... so in the price range up to 1500,- per pair no alternative for me.

Long delivery times? Ordered online on Thursday - received on Saturday! It couldn't be quicker ... Simply super. It's the same as my experience with two previous orders. Simply great. And the - free! - detailed telephone advice if required is the non plus ultra.

Best regards

Hello,

after some not-so-good things have been written here about speed and shipping, I would like to give you some very clear praise.

I found an AV receiver under \"Geräteeschnäppchen\", which I then ordered. As cash on delivery is not my preferred payment option, I agreed to pay in advance with the nice and extremely competent salesman. That was on Tuesday evening at 5.45 pm. On Friday, I was kindly informed by telephone that the money had been received and the goods were on their way. And this morning (Saturday) I was woken up by the nice letter carrier and lo and behold, the package from Nubert 🙂

I was so impressed that I'm now more likely to buy a speaker system from Nubert than one from Teufel, as they have miserably long delivery times.

Yours sincerely

Jochen Schütz

At last!!!

The 105 has just arrived and life is good again! How I have suffered! The UPS man said I could forget what was on the note. The only question is why they\'d write it on it.
Anyway, I put in my double bass problem CD with shaky fingers (Pop Pop by Rickie Lee Jones) and - nothing hums, nothing mumbles, the lady sits casually on my TV and sings while her fellow musicians have taken a seat between the CD shelves and the system. Brilliant! The only downside is that you finally have new speakers and then you can't even hear that there are speakers there 😉
Compared to the Quadral Platinum 820s, the 105s are simply worlds more natural, more spacious, more open and, above all, not so sharp in the treble and not so boomy in the bass. And they're also quite uncritical in terms of placement, a very important point in many living rooms.
How I hated all the satisfied people who had been given a few Nuberts by capricious fate while I was suffering from withdrawal! But - the wait was worth it. If only it weren't for the shipping. So, and now back again quickly, there are still a few hundred CDs waiting...and a bottle of Nubert wine. 😬

Greetings from the Saar

U. Walsch, who will soon be hated by his neighbors. 😈

Now I also have my nuBox 380 and the shipping is absolutely great. The sound too, actually. Except in stereo mode. The bass is too strong, it booms and sounds unclean. However, I don't think this is due to the speakers, but to the amplifier (Kenwood KRF-V5060D).
Now I don't have any more time, I have to continue testing.

And soon I'll need a matching center to go with it 😂

Hello everyone,

My ordeal with the nuWave 105 once again confirms my reservations about any kind of mail order business.
I ordered last Thursday evening and hoped that the speakers would arrive on Saturday. Ok, that wasn't the case because UPS doesn't deliver on Saturdays, no problem. So Monday it was. After a weekend full of impatience and anticipation, nothing arrived on Monday either, or on Tuesday. When nothing arrived on Wednesday, I called Nubert and asked if my order had been dispatched yet. The nice lady on the phone was able to find my order details and address, as I had received them in the confirmation email, but no shipping process. The system must have "swallowed" it. Good morning! She assured me that the boxes would go out immediately, which is what happened. Yesterday morning at 9:00 a.m. UPS was there. Of course, that was the only morning in the entire time since the order was placed that neither I nor my wife could be home at 9.00 am. Never mind, I thought to myself, after all UPS makes three delivery attempts on consecutive days. And so the notification note that UPS had left yesterday said that they were planning another delivery today, at about the same time as yesterday, i.e. around 9:00 am. After waiting at home from 8:00 to 10:00 and still no one from UPS had shown up, I had to go to work. My wife has to leave soon too. No boxes. So I also kept this weekend free for nothing. Nubert can't be held responsible for the delivery problems, but they are just a peculiarity of the mail order business. In the meantime, I'm so annoyed that I'm not very happy about my new purchase. I no longer expect to ever receive the speakers. They probably got lost somewhere. Or they've been damaged in transit. Or the wrong color. Or a piano spontaneously falls from the sky and smashes them.
I've had similar experiences with my mountain bike (damage in transit), my monitor (defect), my motorcycle boots (wrong size) and many other shipping items. The shipping method is apparently simply too prone to errors. Since then, I've tried to buy from my local store whenever possible. But unfortunately there are no Nuberts there. What a pity.

Maybe you just can't get too excited about something, because then something always comes up.

Greetings from the rack

U. Walsch

P.S.: I offer every shipper the opportunity to test their shipping system for a fee. If there is a source of error somewhere, it is guaranteed to bubble up with my order. 😟

Hello Fatih,

We are very sorry that your delivery did not arrive on the expected Thursday and that you were inconvenienced as a result!
As we ship almost daily via UPS to Berlin, we know that a delivery from Schwäbisch Gmünd to Berlin practically always takes (at least) 2 working days.
The transport companies we work with are usually quite fast, but cannot normally guarantee a binding delivery date. This would only be possible with much more expensive express shipping.
The experienced colleague who accepted and processed your order is sure that she did not give you a delivery promise for the next day.
We assume that this is a very annoying misunderstanding.
The Speakerfactory team hopes that your enthusiasm for your new speakers will soon make you forget your annoyance.

Best regards

Nubert Speaker Factory
