After a long search and various test listenings of subwoofers, I became aware of Nubert. The tests were all excellent, but the appearance of the Borg cubes, as with other manufacturers, didn't exactly knock my socks off. I called anyway, you never know. The first thing the friendly employee said (after patiently listening to my lament) was that I should try the new nuWave AW-7. When I unpacked it, it was simply beautiful, quite small and, thanks to the elegant front, doesn't have to be hidden away in the corner. The listening test was simply outstanding. When it comes down to it, the bass is powerful, precise and yet warm. Unbreakable. Only with the neighbor it is guaranteed not to work :-) A CS-4 was bought later. This plays the old Yamaha center effortlessly to the wall. Where the old center was on its last legs, the Nubert screams something, that's it? So I can only warn against Nubert. Friendly staff, great advice, excellent value for money. It's downright addictive. The nuWave 10 are already in the works.

Two years ago.... I went to look for loudspeakers in the well-known red and yellow stores and thought to myself, there are certainly decent floorstanding speakers for two thousand. I can't claim to have a particularly discerning ear. But the ones I liked (in terms of sound) were priced between five and ten thousand (the pair). Just over a month ago.... I was almost desperate enough to buy a pair of HExx Agon70 or CANxxx Ergo because I thought they were the best available for the price. By chance I saw that the magazine Stereoplay 10/00 tested floorstanding speakers in this price range. The Nubert nuWave10 came out as the test winner. As I was traveling in the Stuttgart area on business the next day anyway, I popped into Schäb. Gmünd. Today... I am the owner of the nuWave10. The Nubi virus has infected me, even if I'm perhaps not as euphoric as others on this site. But the speaker sounds simply brilliant. The highs are extremely detailed. With the mids, you have the feeling that the singer is standing in front of you. And I'd rather not say anything about the bass, my neighbors have already told me enough about that! (I'm just saying level stability without end!!!) There's really nothing to criticize about the workmanship. There are certainly loudspeakers that sound better - but they cost at least twice as much (my personal opinion). So if someone is skeptical, maybe just because of this guestbook. According to the motto: This is already too good - it's not right, he can come by (Wiesbaden area) and listen to the things. Mr. Nubert I wish you continued good ears and a long and healthy life. Yours sincerely, Ronnie Andres.

First of all, many thanks for the very competent advice to the Nubert team. My problem: I own an AW 900 (not the problem!!!) + B&W CDM 1 SE main loudspeaker and have to complain about a distinctly weak upper bass range with this constellation. All possible attempts were only moderately successful. Who has or had similar problems and can give me a tip? Through years of experience with various active subwoofers (not cheap ones!), I can only say that the Aw 900 has...NO CONCURRENCY...to fear in its price range and even higher! (the same applies to the RS 3 loudspeakers...the best tip).

Hi, who can report on their experiences with the AW850 or AW900 in rooms of 20 square meters? Are they a bit too big for this area?

I am thrilled by their attention to detail! According to friends, the new subs have a punch that is exceptional in this price range and in these letters! Lautsprecher Teufel has not done its job with its subwoofers as well as they have. They deserve great praise for this!

To the very competent Nubert team I've been the proud owner of the NuWave 8, Nu Wave CS 4 and Nu Line RS 3 for a year now, and I still get goose bumps when I insert a CD or DVD because of the incredible sound, and I keep catching myself turning the volume control further and further up and am all the more amazed at the consistently clean and powerful sound. The only way to improve it would be to buy an active sub, but then the neighbors would probably get on my roof. Thanks again for these amazing speakers. Thorsten King

Hi, I would like to try out the nuBox460 or the nuWave8 (if possible in combination with an AW850 or AW900). Unfortunately, the two listening studios are 550 and 650 km away from where I live. If anyone from the Münster-Osnabrück area and the surrounding area owns the above-mentioned loudspeakers and can give me a listening test, I would be very grateful! Simply make an appointment by e-mail... Michael Freundlieb

Hmmmh, I've owned a pair of NuWave 10s for exactly four weeks now. I ordered the speakers because of the great test result in Stereoplay. What can I say? I spent three months searching intensively in the price range between 2000 and 4000 DM, hanging around in DIY circles, listening to trade-ins of originally very expensive models and and and. I actually left almost nothing out. And the result? The reassuring feeling that I couldn't find anything better for 2,490 DM. Even much more expensive loudspeakers were less to my liking. Why? Because as the price increases, the all-round capability generally decreases. With the NuWave 10, all my records sound very good because they are powerful and yet somehow finely detailed, whether Turbonegro, Bill Laswell or Miles Davis. World class is certainly something else, but I don't listen to gold-plated reference CDs for 70 thaler a piece. With this in mind: Congratulations! ms/Wuppertal

Addendum to my entry of 29.08.: There I described my impressions of my new NuForm100. In the meantime I am the proud owner of a Ma... (no surreptitious advertising!) amplifier - which I of course also purchased from Nubert after extensive expert advice - and have reached the second stage of bliss. The sound is wonderfully harmonious, the bass is dry, the treble clear, voices sound human... When I have my ABFL100 bass module to cover the frequency range up to 20Hz linearly, I will probably have reached the third stage. Service and advice were (as always!) excellent! Best regards, T. Hello Nubert team, hello HIFI friends. After my guestbook entry on May 23rd, I now have to say a few words a second time. ..... At 8 o'clock on a foggy Saturday morning, I set my car in motion in order to arrive in Gmünd on time and get hold of the last free parking space in front of the Walls of Ecstasy. What can I say, I had a sleepless night behind me. The idea of making my dreams come true the following day almost robbed me of my sanity. It was clear: my NuBoxes 660, which have been doing a breathtaking job for half a year now, finally had to find their complement in the CS3 center and the large RS6 rears. In the meantime, my small RS3's had to be passed into loyal hands. Despite a cruel, seemingly endless drive through the Swabian fog and the pressure of what seemed like a night of drinking in my head, it came (once again) as it had to: After two and a half hours of driving and defending my parking space, I climbed the stairs that I had already climbed several times in my mind. Despite an enormous number of happy-looking Nubert customers, Mr. Siegle spontaneously found the time to take care of me and my needs. Once again, the service was simply phenomenal. This patience paired with friendliness and expertise is second to none. Nowhere else - and certainly not in these red and yellow fast-buy stores - have I ever experienced more customer proximity. Huge praise for that! Back home at ......, I was astounded: the Canton Center (AV950) that I previously owned was surpassed in every respect. The RS6 put the icing on the cake. The difference in dynamics compared to the RS3 definitely justifies the higher purchase price. Congratulations, Günther Nubert, on your ear, your knack for development and also on your team! I would now like to end with a tip: DVD MIB Track 4😂the only thing that really steps on the gas here is ........ - Nubert Speaker Factory. See you in half a year: I still have a single part from my Canton set, the AW25 subwoofer .... you already know what I need now ..... Your Volker Mehler,Schifferstadt
