2. Scope of Application

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.nubert.de/en/ and was created and last reviewed on 24 June 2025.

3. Legal Basis

The website has been designed in accordance with the requirements of the Baden-Württemberg State Act on Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (L-BGG) and the L-BGG Implementation Ordinance.
It also complies with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), in particular §14 in conjunction with §3 (1) BFSG, and the corresponding regulation. Technically and content-wise, we follow the requirements of WCAG 2.2 and the EU standard EN 301 549.

4. Accessibility Status

Our website largely meets accessibility requirements.
To ensure equal access for all users, especially people with impairments, we have implemented the following measures:

  • Alternative texts for images, PDFs and controls
  • Keyboard accessibility of core functions
  • Adjustable contrast via the EqualWeb accessibility tool
  • Adjustable font size and typeface (EqualWeb)
  • Screen reader support via EqualWeb
  • Colour filters for enhanced visual perception (EqualWeb)
  • Highlighting of key content (EqualWeb)
  • Focus guidance and navigation support

Accessible alternative via EqualWeb:
We provide the EqualWeb accessibility tool on our website. It allows individual adjustments of contrast, font size, colour filters, keyboard navigation and much more. The tool is easily accessible via the icon in the shape of a person in a black box at the bottom left corner of every page.

5. Non-Accessible Content

Despite great efforts, the following limitations currently remain:

  • Some PDFs are not fully accessible
  • Limited keyboard navigation for the internal search
  • Missing alt texts on some images
  • Non-accessible ReCaptcha
  • Unstructured heading hierarchy
  • Unlabelled buttons and missing skip links
  • Controls only accessible via mouse
  • Missing ARIA labels
  • Clickable areas too small on some elements
  • Some links are not fully accessible
  • Content that needs improvement (e.g. videos without subtitles)
  • Older content such as reviews or press releases

We are continuously working to identify and eliminate these barriers. Our accessibility statement is reviewed and updated regularly to transparently reflect the current state of implementation.

6. Functional and Security-Related Criteria
