Tweeter
With the nuVero 110 the tweeter is coupled to the midrange at 2000 Hz. The tweeter of the nuVero series is designed for the widest possible dispersion. In combination with the optimised front plate, the dispersion is even wider. Your advantage: Larger sweet spot and wider stage coverage for a more authentic sound experience.
Midrange speaker
The midrange driver of the nuVero series is based on BMR (Balanced Mode Radiator) technology, which allows less intermodulation and a wider dispersion. In the nuVero 110, it operates in the range of 370 and 2000 Hz. Your advantage: More details in speech and instruments with a higher dynamic range at the same time.
Woofer
The woofer of the nuVero 110 works seamlessly below the midrange driver. It enables precise and voluminous low-frequency reproduction. Thanks to the ultra-longstroke technology in combination with a bass reflex port, the compact speaker achieves a lower cut-off frequency of 32 Hz. Your advantage: Unrivalled low-frequency sound for the available enclosure volume.
Crossover
The crossover is the heart of the nuVero 110. Elaborate components ensure exact reproduction and linear sound. The switches on the back directly influence the crossover, allowing seamless switching between sound modes. In addition, protective circuits are implemented on the crossover to protect the drivers in case of overload.
Colours
Our nuVero series is a real eye-catcher. The cabinet is coated with Nextel® in black or white. This lacquer has a matt and velvety surface that can set accents both visually and haptically. The front is lacquered metallic in the colours ruby red, diamond black and crystal white.
Design
In the nuVero series, the appearance follows the optimal sound reproduction. The curved and wider baffle compared to the cabinet width ensures reduced edge dispersion and a wider dispersion pattern. At the same time, the elegant curves make for a more living-room-friendly design, so the grille has the same radius as the baffle.

Our nuVero series is the culmination of over 45 years of speaker development. The models are genuine Made in Germany products that take honest sound to the extreme. The series comprises 7 models, ranging from dipole to wall-mounted and floorstanding speakers. The subwoofers of the nuSub series provide even more bass.

nuVer 11
I have the predecessor model nuVero 11 many years ago (bought directly on site) and until today daily for hours in use. Together with the Denon PMA 2000-AE (similar vintage) is for me the highest music enjoyment. In every detail just so fantastic in quality and balanced - without any compromise in any discipline. So folks, this is not a fake review, this is real. In fact, of all the products in my life, I'd say the nuVero 11 is the part with the best quality. OK - MacBook Pro, iPhone and iPad aren't bad either, but the biggest buzz goes to the nuVero.

Noble and powerful
Through a friend I came across Nubert and I wonder since then, how I could not have this brand so far on the screen?! The shipping is impeccable, I had my amplifier one day after ordering already in operation - it does not get better! The design is timelessly beautiful. The components are almost noble, you hardly dare to touch them with your bare hands! The NuVero 110 have been running at full speed for a few days - a pleasure! The speakers run coupled with a Marantz N40 and a Nubert subwoofer nuSub XW-1200. That blows you away! Horny S hot! And all that for 1. Made in Germany (so speakers and swoofers) and 2. for a manageable amount of money. All my components purchased from Nubert so far make a much higher quality impression than the respective price would suggest. So I conclude the finest and highest quality materials, assembled with the highest technical standards - each part a piece of perfection. Dear Nubert team: great cinema, what you cobble together, I have found my personal sound in my mid-40s, thank you for that!!! And now: keep going! Greetings from Lake Constance!

Boxes with wow effect.
I am blown away, wow! First wow effect: The delivery time. Monday morning ordered, Tuesday morning there! Second (and decisive) wow effect: The sound! After my small 244s, the 110s are a new - significantly more level - sound experience! Stage, bass, creaminess, everything there. I am very satisfied. Thank you for the beautiful speakers!

Only the devil knows no music...
...this quote from Hildegard von Bingen on the product page of my new nuVero110 made me smile: just a quote? A little greeting to Berlin? No matter. They've been there for just under a week now - and have been "fed" plenty: "Harvest" by Neil Young in a masterful vinyl reissue, Keith Jarrett's "Köln Concert", also from vinyl, Led Zeppelin IV and a stony old original pressing of "Rubber Soul" - EVERYTHING sounds outrageously differentiated, balanced and warm, I'm completely thrilled. A crisp, but not over-contoured bass, clear, but not roaring mids and a clean, not sibilant tweeter - it sounds like in a new world! Conclusion: "The devil made the schnapps" (Udo Jürgens). And Nubert the music...

Box type and recommendations for use
For a floorstanding speaker, the nuVero 110 is surprisingly slim and compact without compromising on sound quality. Thanks to its three woofer drivers, it delights with powerful, precise bass, while the midrange/high frequency group with the silk fabric dome tweeter and the two flat diaphragm radiators brings out the upper frequency ranges brilliantly. Thus, the nuVero 110 is convincing as a visually discreet floorstanding speaker in a stereo duo or as part of a high-quality surround set.
Thanks to the extensive sound selection options, the nuVero 110 can be optimised for near-wall operation as well as for a free-standing installation. As the "little sister" of the top-of-the-range nuVero 140, it combines resolution, musicality, naturalness and broadband in an almost ideal way.
The speakers of the nuVero series are developed in Schwäbisch Gmünd and manufactured according to our specifications at a traditional specialist company for sound furniture construction in Germany.
Tweeter
Designed from the ground up, the silk fabric dome extends the speaker's phenomenal resolving power even further, achieving unprecedented transparency and audibility in the upper frequency range. The 26-millimetre tweeter is arranged asymmetrically, so there are dedicated boxes for right and left.
Midrange speaker
The nuVero 110 relies on two compact midrange drivers with an effective diaphragm diameter of only 52 millimetres, which are characterised by excellent omnidirectional sound dispersion. The flat diaphragm chassis is supported by a torsion-resistant die-cast aluminium basket with generous ventilation openings. Thanks to the powerful neodymium drive and the resilient voice coil, impressive levels can be achieved despite the small size.
Woofer
The woofers use a glass-fibre cone in sandwich construction, which produces amazingly deep and powerful bass due to its extremely wide excursion. The powerful magnet system guarantees enormous low-frequency performance and precision, especially in the lowest frequency range. The three 150-millimetre drivers have a die-cast aluminium basket and a generously ventilated voice coil that eliminates flow noise.
Crossover
The crossover network optimally controls the drivers used. The filter network relies on high-quality components, including film capacitors with tight tolerances and long-term stability. A sophisticated protection circuit cuts the amplifier current to the chassis and crossover in the event of an impending overload and then automatically resets itself to normal operation.
Sound options
This loudspeaker is equipped with sound selector switches that allow the dispersion behaviour to be adjusted to the environment or personal listening taste with a simple flick of the wrist. The bass reduction offered is recommended for placement close to the wall to avoid an exaggeration of low frequencies due to unwanted reflections.
Connection terminal
The extremely solid, gold-plated screw terminals of the bi-wiring terminal are also suitable for cables with a very large cross-section. The terminal screws also allow optional speaker cable connection with banana plugs or nuCable Exclusiv. Bi-wiring terminals allow the tweeter and low/midrange to be connected separately to the amplifier. A measure that can prevent sound loss with long cable lengths.
Housing and design
The cabinet of the nuVero 110 is made of acoustically advantageous fibreboard (MDF) and has been elaborately braced and damped to avoid disturbing resonances. The elegantly curved sound sail on the front not only enriches the appearance, but at the same time minimises sound-damaging edge dispersion in the mid and high frequencies. The removable protective grille is securely fastened with spacers using tried-and-tested rubber bushings. Matching colour covers for the bushings are available as accessories on request.
