Level reducer

The Monacor ILA-1020 is a high-quality level reducer with gold-plated contacts. It reduces the volume without distorting or affecting the sound. You can select the attenuation between 10, 15 and 20 dB for optimal results. As a completely passive element, no further power supply is necessary.

Application

The level reducer is ideal for use when a subwoofer is indicated as too loud by the AVR's automatic calibration. Simply plug it in between the AVR's subwoofer output or amplifier and the subwoofer cable, and it quickly and easily resolves these volume differences. Since it is a single level reducer, it is ideal for use with subwoofers.

To completely disconnect this device from the power supply, please unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. The power plug is used to completely disconnect the device from the power supply; it must remain easily accessible for the user.

  • The device should be positioned near a power outlet to ensure easy access to the power supply.
  • Do not store the battery in a location exposed to direct sunlight or extremely high temperatures, such as near a heater.
  • Do not forcibly bend the plug when connecting the device and the micro-USB/USB cable.

The surface above the internal heatsink may become hot when this product is operated for extended periods. Do not touch hot areas, particularly near the "Hot Surface Mark" and on the top surface.
