We charge shipping costs for our items.
The costs vary depending on whether the delivery is within or outside Germany. The delivery address is always decisive, not the billing address.

Logistics
Depending on the size and weight of your order, we ship with DHL or UPS (parcel delivery) or with CargoLine (freight forwarding).
As soon as your goods have left our premises, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing all the important details.
For parcel deliveries, the shipment will be delivered directly by the respective parcel service.
For freight deliveries, the forwarding company will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, we require your telephone number for scheduling.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery by the forwarding company will be made to the kerbside at the address you provided.
If delivery is not possible, you will receive a notification from the respective carrier with information about the next steps.
Shipping time
The standard shipping time is 1-3 days, but can be longer depending on the product type and current stock level. We indicate the individual delivery time on the respective product page.
