1. Organizer
The organizer of this competition is Nubert electronic GmbH, Nubertstraße 1, 73529 Schwäbisch Gmünd, info@nubert.de (“Nubert”).
2. Eligibility
Persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Employees of Nubert electronic GmbH, their relatives, and other persons involved in the conception and implementation of this campaign are excluded from participation.
Each participant may only enter the competition once. Any improper or repeated participation by a participant will result in their exclusion from the competition.
By participating in this competition, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions of participation.
3. Participation, Deadline and Procedure
Participation in the competition takes place by submitting the three products in which the Easter eggs were found via the designated entry form on the competition page.
A further requirement for participation is subscribing to the Nubert newsletter. Subscription to the newsletter can be revoked at any time with future effect without affecting the chances of winning.
The closing date for entries is April 12, 2026 (11:59 PM). Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.
The winners will be selected by a random draw conducted by Nubert electronic GmbH. The selection will take place no later than April 30, 2026.
The winners of the prizes will be notified by email to the address provided no later than April 30, 2026.
After accepting the prize and providing a delivery address, the announced prize will be sent. The postal address is used solely for delivering the prize. Shipping costs are covered by Nubert for deliveries within Germany or Austria. Shipping costs may apply for deliveries to other countries.
If a winner does not accept the prize within 2 weeks after the notification of winning has been sent, including providing a delivery address, the claim to the prize will expire. The prize will also expire if delivery cannot be completed within 6 months after the initial notification of winning for reasons attributable to the participant.
Once the prize has been handed over to the postal service, the risk of loss passes to the respective winner. Nubert is not responsible for damage during delivery. The winner accepts necessary changes to the prize caused by factors beyond the control of the companies involved in the competition.
4. Prizes
There is one main prize as well as additional prizes from Nubert to be won. The exact details of the prizes are specified on the competition page. Cash payment or transfer of the prizes to third parties is excluded.
By participating, the participant expressly agrees to this.
5. Early Termination, Exclusion from the Campaign
Nubert reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the campaign at any time if malfunctions, disruptions, fraud, manipulation, viruses, or damage occur that affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the competition. The same applies if legal reasons prevent proper execution. No claims can be derived from early termination. In the event of suspected manipulation, Nubert reserves the right to exclude participants from the campaign at any time without stating reasons.
6. Data Protection
Nubert stores and uses the data collected for the campaign for the purpose of conducting and processing the competition, in particular for determining and notifying the winner and delivering the prize. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.
An email address is also used for sending the email newsletter.
The personal data of participants will be deleted from our active systems after the competition has been completed. They will only be archived for legal defense purposes, for a maximum period corresponding to the limitation period of potential claims (generally three years). The legal basis is Art. 17 (3) lit. e GDPR. Winner data will be archived for the duration of statutory retention obligations under commercial and tax law as well as to prevent disadvantages for the winner (e.g., product recalls). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR. Your personal data will not be used for any other purposes, in particular not for our own or third-party advertising purposes!
You may revoke your participation at any time and object to the use of the associated data for the competition (see contact details below). A revocation of data use for the purposes related to the competition will be treated as withdrawal from participation in the competition. Nubert will of course not charge any separate costs for this (in particular, if you notify us by email, you will incur no additional costs other than the transmission costs according to your provider’s basic rates). 7. Final Provisions
Nubert reserves the right to change or correct these terms and conditions of participation at any time. If the participant does not accept the changes, they may withdraw their consent by notifying us via email at info@nubert.de. In this case, their eligibility to participate will be revoked.
Legal recourse is excluded. Any liability for damages on the part of Nubert electronic GmbH and its organs, employees, and agents arising from or in connection with the campaign, regardless of the legal grounds, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. The terms and conditions of participation and participation itself are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Cologne.
