Application
Our nuBase NB-4 speaker base is the optimal solution for anyone who wants to angle their speaker. The base is always packed in a pair and is therefore ideal for stereo speakers. The base is therefore ideal for the desk. The high-quality acrylic glass used has the necessary stability to stably support and angle even speaker models weighing up to 10 kg. At the same time, this angle prevents unwanted reflections and aligns the tweeter to the ears.
Design
The nuBase NB-4 is made of high-quality five millimetre thick plastic and, due to its symmetrical design, allows two different angles of use: 6.5° and 13°. The angle should always be chosen so that the tweeter of the speaker can radiate to the ear position. The base offers a footprint of 202 mm (length) x 136 mm (width) to hold the speaker securely. The height of the edges to the rear of the loudspeaker is 49 mm (6.5° inclination) and 25 mm (13° inclination).
The rounded edges not only ensure a timeless look, but also high stability. The Nubert nuBase NB-4 is an original Nubert product made in Germany. To prevent the base from slipping, a high-quality rubber coating is used on the edges. To prevent scratches on the underside of the speaker, we have also added small rubber spacers. This makes the nuBase NB-4 the ideal complement to a wide range of our active and passive active speakers.
