I'm very happy with my pearly white nuVero 14s - they make my dreams come true: listening to and enjoying music!
Everything positive in tests and guestbook entries is true, I'm looking forward to being able to enjoy very authentic music in the future.
Delivery went smoothly. The price/performance ratio is brilliant, so I was able to afford a top speaker. Thank you very much! 😂 😂 😬

Unfortunately, despite so many positive entries, I have to share my negative experience with Nubert customer service.
The following facts:

I ordered the Nuline AW 1000 subwoofer in cherry veneer on January 1, 2011 (delivery status currently "immediately available"!)... Payment was made by instant bank transfer.
2 days later I received an order confirmation with the note "Delivery date will be clarified".
As no further information regarding an approximate delivery date came after a week, I called Nubert and the lady on the phone told me that she could not give any information at the moment as suppliers were still on vacation and said they would get back to me after the weekend.
When I didn't get any information after 3 days, I tried again by e-mail, and 3 days later I got an answer by e-mail from a Mrs. Waibel, saying that she still couldn't give me a delivery date, but would get back to me as soon as she knew more...
After another week I asked again by mail, because I just wanted to know an approximate date.
Unfortunately no answer to my last mail until today!
In the middle of this week I called Nubert again and finally got a delivery date. CW7...although that sounded a bit hesitant to me at the time...so I'm looking forward to it!

As I have to deal with customers every day in my business,
of course I fully understand if something doesn't work right away, if there are delivery problems or something else, but I still think that you should at least inform your customers automatically without having to chase them, at least that's what my customers expect from me!
As I said, if I hadn't taken care of it myself, I still wouldn't have a delivery date today!

A real shame.

After all the positive reviews everywhere, you shouldn't really assume that, but I still hope that I can be satisfied with the subwoofer so that my "little annoyance" is balanced out again.

We try hard every day (the many positive reviews show that we usually succeed) - but even we can't achieve 100% perfection. (I know that there was a problem with the AW-1000 packaging...) So now I have to take some time to say a few words.
About 4-5 years ago I was looking for a subwoofer.
I had already had a few speakers from various German and English brand manufacturers. was everything all well and good?".
because I had repeatedly heard and read about trouser flutter in reports and various tests, I was naturally skeptical that such a thing existed. I thought it was probably another advertising ploy, because even after countless listening tests in various boutique stores, I couldn't experience any of this.
While searching the net, I kept coming across the Nubert brand. I read test reports ad nauseam, browsed forums, always Nubert and only positive feedback, not even anything negative.
hmm I thought, well maybe this time you'll be lucky and no empty promises will be made.
Phone number searched, oha 0800 free order hotline schoma not bad is always a sign that no phone rip-off is operated.
The service was of course really great. Great advice, I've never experienced anything like it, I immediately had the feeling that I was in the right place.
Then I ordered the AW 880 subwoofer and the next day the UPS man arrived, huffing and puffing. I was surprised at how quickly it arrived.
Then I unpacked it, set it up, called again and asked for advice on the ideal positioning and setting of the many buttons and switches.
Then I popped in the DVD (We Were Heroes) and thought my grandad was dancing in chain mail, my whole body was vibrating and my trouser legs were shaking as if mice were climbing up my legs.
There it was, the feeling I had always read about.
I was simply flattened by the power and the clean bass.
At the time, I still had the Canton LE 5.1 speakers.
I went straight back to the Nubert website and ordered one speaker after the other. In the last 5 years or so, I've ordered 2x nuline 32, 1x nuline CS 42, 2x nuline DS 50, then sold the nuline CS 42 and ordered the large nuline CS 72, then 2x nuline 82.
Then in 2010 2x nuVero4, 1x nuVero 7,
then a total of 4x nuJubilee 35 and 1x nuJubilee AW 35 .
Just ordered the nubox AW 991 subwoofer today.
I can no longer imagine anything other than Nubert loudspeakers.
I am 100% infected by the Nubert virus.
In 2010 I was at the HighEnd in Munich - it's not far from me and I was at the Nubert stand and the greatest thing was that I spoke to Dr. Günther Nubert myself. The Nubert stand was so full of visitors that I could put my feet up without sinking to the floor.
I don't think there is a company on this planet that can hold a candle to Nubert.
The service, starting with the free hotline, advice, shipping, and last but not least the quality at such a reasonable price is unparalleled.
Nubert is the measure of all things.
I can unreservedly recommend all the speakers I have bought and listened to from Nubert to date.
I am always impressed time and time again.
Thanks to the entire Nubert team, whose professionalism makes it possible to experience happy moments again and again, whether with music or home theater.
If all companies were as customer-oriented and honest as the entire Nubert team, led by Dr. Günther Nubert, then there would only be happy and satisfied people in this world.

That's how it should be: The whole house nu-sounded - great!
"I'm 100% infected by the Nubert virus" - so are we. But don't worry, it won't do any harm even after many years!

PS: to be honest: Günther Nubert doesn't have a "Dr. title" - but maybe one day a fan will get him a "Dr. h.c."?

Hello,

A small example of perfect customer service.
The left speaker scratched, new speaker cables laid, amplifier for repair, nothing then it could only be the speaker.
Saturday mail to Nubert, Monday morning I got the answer that they would send me a package label to send in the speakers.
The letter arrived on Tuesday, followed shortly afterwards by a call to say that the amplifier had a fault (would be a Luxman disease).
New amplifier and the speakers sound crystal clear and perfect.
Call to Nubert, no problem, just send the sticker back.

Not only does Nubert build brilliant speakers, their customer service is also first class.
A huge compliment to Nubert.

Hello,

I've been using my nuBox 681 + ATM module for about 2 months now and I'm just thrilled!!!

This is the "egg-laying wool-milk sow" among the floorstanding loudspeakers:

- very good sound
- strong bass
- application range from very quiet to extremely loud
- Impeccable workmanship (as a trained carpenter, I dare to say what is impeccably finished)
- appearance, balancing act between simplicity of form and respect for size

plus impeccable service, which is exemplary even in conflict situations (ATM module not available).
Whether in person on site or by email and phone.


My goal was to have speakers that would last me a lifetime and that would not leave me wanting more in terms of sound and volume.
And they fulfill that!!!

Therefore an A+ with a star from me!

Hello Mr. Kohler,

As promised, my report and my thanks. Dear Mr. Kohler, you have impressed me very much. The new LS nuVero14 arrived today. As you recommended, I first let them warm up and then played them in for a while. After this procedure, they started playing easily. You'll never get these speakers back 😬. These are by far the best LS I have received from you.

It all started with the nuLine32 +atm. A great speaker for small rooms. But I thought there was still room for improvement. I returned everything and ordered the nuVero4+ atm. A super LS. Great bass, super mids and clear highs. I was very happy with the nuVero. But then I moved house and my playroom got a lot bigger. I found the nuVero4 a bit narrow at the bottom. No problem, I thought, and first ordered an aw560 (one of the best subs for me). This harmonized perfectly with the nuVero4. Then I read something about 2 subs being better. And? Right, I ordered another aw560. What can I say, it's true, a great sound.

One day it came over me and I thought I needed a small movie theater. I ordered 2 nuVero3, 1 nuVero5 and a Marantz NR 1601. Dear cinema community, simply awesome!!!!. However, I quickly realized that I'm more of a stereo guy. What do I do now? Well, I returned everything and ordered the nuVero11. After 3 days a small windfall arrived unexpectedly and I thought to myself,,,,now or never,,,,, the nuVero14 must come. I called Mr. Kohler again. By now I thought I was on the nubert notice board.
😬.

Today the nuVero14 arrived and - yes, I will never send them back -. These speakers simply have it all. A dream to my ears.

I would like to thank Mr. Kohler from the bottom of my heart. You were always competent, helpful and have a patience that is second to none. Many, many thanks. I don't think most companies would have gone through such a circus as I did.

With nubert, everything is just right. Sound, service and competence.

Hello and compliments for these great products that you bring to the man or woman. I recently acquired a pair of "nuBox 101" speakers from a friend and am very happy with them. They are compact and look great in the living room without taking up too much space. The sound quality is convincing. Greetings from Krefeld Bockum.

Admittedly: I thought long and hard about whether I really wanted to replace my KEF monitor speakers with a pair of Nubert NuLine32s.
Fortunately, I didn't, but after a phone consultation I got a pair of NuVero4s.
First shock for my relatives: Although compact speakers, they are visually very massive compared to my 8-liter speakers (also due to the dark coloring). I remedied this by painting the grilles silver.
The first listening sessions were quite appealing, but the enthusiasm was not yet worth 1140? I was therefore pleased to find the tone controls on the rear panel, which initially allowed me to adjust the sound I was used to. This changed a few more times, especially when setting up the speakers and turning them to the listening position.
Even if the speakers don't seem to be critical in terms of placement, I would advise everyone to find the optimum position for the room in question by moving them (perhaps by just a few centimetres). This also enabled me to create the spatiality that I had initially missed. And what can I say: I'm happy now, even radio commercials are fun! The bass is pleasantly deep, the treble crystal clear. And even Herbert Grölemeier is no longer a challenge for the speakers.
Whereas before I had speakers with somewhat thickened mids and lowered highs, the NuVero plays very linearly, and even at low volume the music, whether classical or acapella, is beautifully differentiated.
My conclusion: Nubert, I'm keeping them right here.

24.12.2010 Answer from Mr. Schäfer: ATM-511 is available, in stock, immediate shipment after payment. Payment on the same day by online bank transfer.

10.1.2011 Request to Mr. Schäfer regarding delivery status
11.1.2011 Answer: expected delivery time 1-2 weeks

Status as of 23.1.2011: Goods still not received.

Just briefly: after much deliberation, I opted for the NuBox 311 and have no regrets. They sound clear, have good three-dimensionality, are surprisingly powerful bass and are conveniently small. But apart from all these well-known objective things, thanks not to the listener but to the reader: this guestbook reads just as well as the speakers sound, and the fact that so many people are so enthusiastic about the sound always makes me smile with satisfaction.
