Hello,
We were very disappointed today,
We drove 300 km to finally decide whether we wanted a set of Nuvero or a set of Nuline, there we were, great choice, super hearing studios, a young man wanted to help us, but as we didn't seem to be dressed appropriately, we were simply left standing there, two gentlemen were even served before us. I'd rather not write what comes to mind.
So pocket 10 mil and drive home again.
The speakers are really something, but there are also other manufacturers.
(I've had better service at Mediamarkt).

I don't want to write as much as everyone else, because this best reflects my impression of the speakers and the new hi-fi system:
SPEECHLESSNESS!
Thank you very much for such a fantastic sound, which I have never experienced / heard / enjoyed in such a way before. (2xNuBox 381 with YAMAHA RX-V765)
Special thanks to Mr. Siegle for the super advice!
I'm looking forward to the next components from Nubert!
Keep up the good work!

To the Nubert team:
As one of last year's lucky winners of a NuVero 4 Jahr set, it's time for me to take stock after almost exactly one year and briefly summarize my experiences, feelings and impressions so far. I don't see this as an obligation, but as something I do with complete conviction.
The ?first contact?
After picking up the NuVero?s and the NAD L 54 receiver I bought on the spot, a completely new listening experience began for me. My previous compact system from UHER, including the speakers, had been given to me by my father and I had treasured it for many years. But the acoustic world of listening that suddenly opened up for me in my 24 square meter, somewhat awkwardly designed living room can hardly be described in words. Nevertheless, I'll try to do it my way, because I don't count myself among the experts who know the technical vocabulary of the hi-fi world off by heart.
The ?first time?
Unpacking, setting up, switching on. No sooner said than done. Everything worked straight away, but the first sounds I heard were not only ecstatic, but also led to sudden uncertainty and a severe frown. Here is a brief description of the first moments: What, is that what it sounds like now? Hm. Somehow I know the piece completely differently. Aha. Next CD. OK, interesting. Wait a minute, what's that? Gosh, does that sound full and round? And I've never heard these subtleties before? That's roughly how it started and continued for quite a while. Suddenly, I also realized that perhaps one or two CDs that I had really appreciated up to that point didn't sound so good anymore. As I had been warned that Nubert speakers are mercilessly weak in recordings, I suddenly realized what I now had in my living room. Oh yes, one more thing: the presetting that a very friendly Nubert technician advised me to use during the detailed briefing in Schwäbisch-Gmünd was a bull's eye. I tried all, but really all settings, but what he recommended after describing the local conditions of my living room was spot on. Having become increasingly courageous, I now wanted to test what I could get out of the combination NAD L 54 ? NuVero 4, because certain pieces simply have to be heard loud. I put on the DVD 'Pirates of the Caribbean' and was looking for the well-known theme music. However, I had to pass the THX 'sound check' first. The SRS surround effect from NAD and a carelessly turned up volume control turned my living room into the acoustic forecourt of hell. The rest of the family covered their ears in panic, started screaming and thought I was crazy. I, however, froze, beamed all over my face and a lasting goose bump, the likes of which I have rarely had in my 46 years of life (apart from marriage and the birth of my children?), left its mark on me for the future.
The ?many more times?
Yes, and since then I have not only gotten goosebumps when watching DVDs with enormous sound potential, but every time I put on one of my CDs and enjoy my music even at a moderate listening volume. Whether it's a classical CD or some progressive rock. When I spoke to another visitor to the Nubert listening studio at the High End 2009 in Munich, I had to agree with him that since he has had his Nubert speakers at home, he listens to much more music and looks at the TV much less. I had to agree with him, because I had exactly the same experience. A very positive development, in my opinion.
What else needs to be said
As someone who has always enjoyed listening to music, the Nubert speakers are a revelation. Not only do they massively expand the listening horizon, they also create an incredibly high level of inner emotional satisfaction when listening. Every one of my guests is shown the NuVero's, whether they like it or not. And two of them have already 'clicked'. I am convinced that Nubert will soon have two new customers. I will also be purchasing my future purchases, whether it's a compact system for my daughter or perhaps a future television, exclusively from Nubert. The service and warmth I experienced when I collected my new system must be acknowledged.
In short: from my side, I wish the entire Nubert team many more harmonious sounds in sales and turnover. You have earned it!

Hello,
A few weeks ago, during a chaotic move
a washer of the spikes of my Nubox 581.

...now that my conversion/upgrade to 7.0 has been successful and I'm completely satisfied with my 4x nuBox DS-301 behind me, I wanted to write a brief comment here.
Initially, I just wanted to replace my receiver (Onkyo TX-SR 507) with a more powerful device, the Onkyo TX-NR 906 to be precise. I found a suitable offer in the bargain section here at Nubert that I simply had to take advantage of.
A quick phone call and the thing was rocking. But it only took me one night of dreaming before I wanted more, so I called again and replaced my nuBox 381s as rears and ordered 4x nuBox DS-301s, including ABL for my nuBox 681s at the front.
The conversion was completed yesterday, the Onkyo TX-NR 906 is very intuitive to operate and so everything worked right from the start, and the DS-301s in the rear are also doing their job perfectly - so someone has been made very happy here again.
I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Mr. Kohler from Nubert, who stood by my side throughout the entire process and helped me with advice and support. I highly recommend this man 😉
With this in mind and much more....
Greetings from Franconia

...have been pimping my little 311s with the ABL for a week now, and I'm writing this here as a continuation of my euphoric enthusiasm from May 28th (if you like, you're welcome to read up there, I've resumed the activities described there...).
The ABL was a gift from dear friends who thought that these expensive speakers (HA! - clueless!) didn't need a sound spoiler and didn't need to be lowered.
But if you have Nubert, you have an ear.
And now it's exactly as I always imagined it would be: the bass, that's not so much what it's all about. It's the clear presence, the delicate separation of the tones, the fine details, so that you can really hear the thin triangle player. The ABL is much more valuable due to the lowering of the treble: it's no longer so biting and shrill, it's softened, so smooth it goes through my ears, oh, if only there was a remote control so that I didn't have to keep running back and forth.... and I really have to start listening to my CDs all over again.
But the ABL is really merciless - really good recordings are live, really bad ones are really unbearable.
It brings tears to my eyes. Why did I have to get so old before I finally found speakers where the drummer actually kicks a bass drum and doesn't hit a bag? ("It's my own fault, Nubert's been around for a few years...") I recommend Dirk Sengotta's solo on Henrik Freischlader's live CD as a tip for letting off steam. Or for the acoustics - unplugged sound work is a real winner. I recommend such homegrown favorites as the wonderful unplugged concerts by Golden Earring or Nils Lofgren. Even nasty songs like "School" or, ha !, "Smoke on the water", which I haven't listened to since I was a child, can be heard again.
Of course, there's bass too. But plenty of it if you want your tenant out. But as I said - it's just this Swabian sound optimization of the small wonder bags by the ABL and the stupid face of those when you say how much it all cost. And you don't have a subwoofer! That's the ear happiness of the little hifilist.
And since the person I have to thank for all this has come up short so far: Bart, the night with your 311s, the whiskey, the beer, the Deep Purple drum solo and the neighbor - I wouldn't want to miss any of that. For those who want to know - I was in full possession of my senses (then again) when I ordered the 311s from Mr. Nubert. I only regretted my hangover during the whole process, nothing else. Many thanks to all !

Dear Nubert team,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for your kind advice and support as well as the fast and perfect delivery and processing - it couldn't have been better.
I have rarely experienced such a cleanly organized company; the attention to perfection and detail reminds me of Porsche.
After the first 3 days, I am very impressed with the sound that my NuVero(s) 11 and NuVero 7 are capable of producing.
And it really looks like I can do without a subwoofer after all, as the bass of the 11s with the 7s in DD and DTS is impressive.
Whether it's dance, house, metal or classical music - I think I'll be able to enjoy many more hours of pure listening pleasure thanks to these "Nu masterpieces".
Best regards and see you again.

Hello Nubert,
It's true: Your products and your service are truly unique 😂
I bought the AW-1000 and am extremely satisfied. The subwoofer is considerably better than my old Magnat Omega 250. During "Masters and Commanders" I felt like the cannonballs were hitting my house!
Initially, however, I had a problem because every DVD playback had an unpleasantly loud bass sound, even in the passages with no effects. I have since found out that it was due to a setting on my Onkyo receiver. I had switched on the "Double Bass" function. This means that the sub not only receives the signals from the LFE channel but also the bass from the front speakers. In future, I'll only use double bass when I'm listening to music (otherwise the sub won't be activated at all for music) - but double bass should be switched off for movies.
So, what can I say - I'm thrilled! Super quality, super hotline, super shipping - it doesn't get any better than this. Keep up the good work!
Greetings from the Westerwald

Dear Nubert team,
After a month of "full ownership" of my new ensemble 2x nuBox 511, CS-411, 2x 311 and in combination with last year's AW-991, I can finally give you a report on my experiences.
Design and workmanship:
As we have already read elsewhere: Sturdily built and the new "Black&Black" design is simply delicious. Unfortunately, the wife says that the front covers have to stay on, so there's not much left of them. But it's better than the silver (which the AW-991 still has). I would like to see a shorter front panel for the 511s (as with the subs), so that you can still see the stylish paintwork underneath.
Placement:
The speakers were quickly set up in our living room. But only after careful alignment did the treble sound perfect. As the speakers are all smaller than before, it now looks more airy.
Sound:
Compared to my older British floorstanding speakers, the treble is suddenly clear and no longer muffled. The bass is now much more precise and, more importantly, a strange cancellation in the bass at my listening position is now history. I had blamed this on the room and am now of course all the more pleased that this was due to the old speakers.
Of course, the CDs, DVDs and Blurays all want to be listened to again. Goosebumps arise in places when new details emerge. That's how it should be :-)
Surround:
Dark Knight. Ingenious. Fast. Deep. Precise. Details just fly to your ears. No further questions... The fact that the chassis are the same everywhere is very noticeable in the overall homogeneity.
Conclusion: I already received the friendly telephone advice in the spring, but thanks to waiting I now have Black&Black and free shipping. Sometimes it's worth the wait. The overall composition fits perfectly (slim columns).
A very satisfied customer who first encounters "Nubert???" every time he listens to a guest and then, after a brief demonstration, is asked how to get hold of them :-) Please keep up the good work with these prices, quality and service.
Best regards from Hamburg,
Dirk H.

Hello dear Nubert team,
I have to immortalize myself once again.
I recently ordered a pair of DS 22s from the bargain corner.
I couldn't find any flaws in these either
The processing was once again absolutely great!
Fast delivery and incredibly friendly contact via the hotline.
That's how it should be everywhere 😂
And my special requests were once again handled free of charge and in an absolutely customer-oriented manner - thank you again for that!!!
And when I flooded the remote control of my 740 C with a caffeinated soft drink last weekend and it stopped working 🥴, the solution was obvious.
I briefly called the hotline and described my problem.
After 15 minutes, I received a friendly call back saying that they would reorder the remote control for a really small fee.
That's what I call friendly and customer-oriented service 😬
I'll be happy to buy again.
Well, the old remote control suddenly worked again after 3 days - but what the heck, one in reserve can't hurt me 😂
So thanks again for the quick help and the top processing!!!
You are always worth a recommendation!!! 😂
Hello Mr. Althammer!
To make it clear from the outset: this should never happen and we are very sorry that you had such a bad experience with us!
Every day, our employees make every effort to treat EVERY customer (whether in jeans or a suit - we're not that stylish ourselves!) equally and to serve them as well as possible. But we have also never denied that we are "human" from time to time. Employees (and bosses) are sick, have days off or are sometimes in a bad mood and make mistakes. That shouldn't be the case, but it is. As I said, it probably went badly (too few staff yesterday?) and we would like to formally apologize for that! However, we would like to make a request to anyone who feels that they have not received the best service: Please get in touch with any member of staff and ask for someone from the management to come. Somehow there is always a way to activate someone "from the background"! And if you have the opportunity to speak to you, we would at least have had the chance to "save" the case. It's a shame that you drove away without complaint and then "punished" us with such an entry.
This entry from 19.10. in nuForum shows that there was another way on the same day:
Hello,
I am now back home and I have to say that the trip was worth it once again! A super friendly welcome, great advice and perfect customer service, you feel completely at ease as a customer and fan
