Hello Nubert team,
I'm planning to buy a pair of Nubert ? floorstanding speakers and am faced with the problem of how to place them "close to the wall".
My living room is not exactly small at 35 square meters ? but I still can't keep the recommended distance of 100 cm from the side wall and at least 50 cm from the rear wall.
How people in much smaller living rooms manage this is beyond me.
Before I hopefully find the long way to your studios one day, I would be grateful for some preliminary information on which floorstanding speaker from which series is most suitable for placement close to the wall.
is most suitable for wall placement.

Thank you and best regards
🥴

Dear Nubert team,

I was actually planning to become a member of the forum. Until some time ago, I had the impression that the tone of the forum was very pleasant in contrast to other forums. Unfortunately, I now have to revise my opinion.

What I have read in the last few days no longer corresponds at all to my idea of an objective discussion. Until now, inappropriate polemics and personal attacks were quite rare. Even the "Nubert Staffs" no longer acted as a mediating factor here.

It remains to be said that one of the most unpracticed skills in this country is to conduct a factual controversy without hostility or disparagement. A pity, really.

Yours sincerely

Dear Mr. Niederste-Werbeck!
You are certainly right that individual topics are not (or no longer?) discussed in the way and with the manners that we would wish. "Conversations" on the Internet suffer above all from the "facelessness" and thus the lack of facial expressions of the conversation partners. This is why there are constant misunderstandings and misinterpretations with corresponding "counter-attacks". Whether a full-time moderator could prevent this - we doubt it. Nevertheless, THANK YOU for your critical contribution.

I put a pair of NuVero 4s into operation last week and let them play in for a few days. The sound can only be described as high-end with a clear conscience, certainly a big step forward compared to the NuWaves. The mid and treble range is detailed, but in no way annoying or tiring. The bass response is good, the speakers create a nice "space" (more so than the NuWave) and the bass foundation is really remarkable considering the size.
Rarely have I heard music so "live". Congratulations to the development team!

They've only been playing for two days in my 28 square meter basement home cinema, but after the first few bars of stereo music it was clear that I would NEVER give these two NuBox 681s away again! Like a revolution, they unleash a sonic inferno in a positive sense, the likes of which I personally have never heard in my rooms before; and I am definitely far from having an acoustically perfect room.
The 681 effortlessly manages even the biggest dynamic leaps with its lightning-fast and powerful bass ability: kick drums hit the pit of your stomach without a hitch! Plucked double basses are dynamically and powerfully accentuated. You have to hear it. The deep bass orgies of modern electronic pop music are effortlessly shaken out of the drivers; an easy exercise for these outstanding speakers.
The sun also rises in the mid and high frequencies: It's as if someone had pulled aside an invisible acoustics-blocking curtain. For example, the credibility of the spatial dimensions in intimate chamber music or playful guitar plucking - the body is reproduced with fine nuances and is tangible at all times. Oboes and harps, a pleasure. I always thought I knew my recordings very well. This is by no means the case. The Nuberts are always peeling new details out of the recordings. You can go on a never-ending journey of acoustic discovery and imagine yourself in a new musical dimension. These speakers offer pure music, without any voodoo or incantations!

The consistently positive characteristics become audible again when reproducing movie sound: the giant gates of Minas Morgul from the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy, which open with a trembling low frequency roll, are now easily reproduced in double the size. In combination with the AW 880 subwoofer I bought from Nubert a few years ago, the 681s create the sound I've always dreamed of, a credibly large acoustic stage on which the action can be heard and felt at all times. It's amazing how the dynamics of the many battles and fights come across; you can't get enough of it.
The acoustic gadgets that lie dormant in good movie soundtracks such as "Ratatouille" are plumbed by the 681 in the form of a wealth of fine details and convey a credible and vivid spatial atmosphere. Wonderful, this is how I enjoy home theater! My already aged loudspeakers from a well-known Danish speaker manufacturer can no longer keep up and will probably be temporarily relegated to the surround seats to be replaced by Nubert speakers in the end: the better is the enemy of the good...

You sit there with a big grin on your face and wonder, speechless, what engineering wizardry Günther Nubert and his team have used to create these loudspeakers with an almost unbelievably good price-performance ratio. Great respect and thanks for that!
Last but not least, a word about the packaging and delivery: Even and especially in these times of immense importance, the speakers were delivered perfectly and damage-proof packed in sturdy large cardboard boxes. Thanks also to the always friendly and courteous staff on the Nubert hotline: even ordering is a great pleasure!

A friend of mine once warned me: "Nubert loudspeakers are addictive" - now I'm definitely hooked!

Best regards all round!

Hello to the Nubert team...

Really great - ordered an AW441 on Thursday, delivered on Friday and because there was no 3m sub cable left, I got a 5m one at no extra charge.
And by the way, the thing (the sub) is really great. And in my 12sqm room, I don't think more would really be healthy...

In short, thank you very much and I think you've won a new customer for good!!!

The NUBox 481 🙂 has fully met my expectations. I am very enthusiastic. Together with my Yamha RX-396 receiver, I now have a HIFI system with a sensationally clear and deep sound. Classical music as well as any form of popular music from big bands to Zuccero is a wonderful listening experience.

I have to praise the Nubert service here.

On Monday I contacted Mrs. Peter on the hotline because my Yamaha DVD player
Yamaha DVD player 1700 simply went out while playing a DVD.
I couldn't get it to turn on either.
The stupid thing was that the DVD was borrowed from the video store 😈
I bought the player from Nubert at the time.
Although I called quite late on Monday, I had the
DHL ticket (express!) in my letterbox the very next day.
Due to circumstances, the parcel could only be sent the next morning.
In Gmünd they immediately removed the DVD from the player.
Today I already had the movie in my mailbox again!

Many thanks to the Nubert service and especially to Ms. Peter, who dealt with my problem in a very friendly manner!
