"It's clear that a box is rarely optimal and can therefore still be improved. You can also be open and honest about this point."

The writer should say this sentence to ...*.....'s face. 😬

Dear Nubert team,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for the exemplary advice and sales processing. In particular, I would like to thank Mrs. Peter for handling the shipping.
With kind regards

First of all, I can join the long line of satisfied - no - enthusiastic customers.

As this is my first entry here, I am still a little hesitant - but I would like to address a few points now:

a) If you follow the relevant trade journals, or those that think they are, you will notice "peculiarities" here and there that are not apparent, at least to me, by rational means. For example, the current nuBox 381 is (certainly rightly) rated with 40 sound points in STREOPLAY. But so did the "old" nuWave 35. The inexperienced reader now wonders whether it makes sense to upgrade from 380? to 530? for this pair of speakers!

b) NUBERT promises honest loudspeakers, offers very good service - before and after the purchase, informs the prospective buyer in the best possible way, except for one point where they don't seem to take all this honesty very seriously:
The website quotes excerpts from specialist magazines. Unfortunately, the entire test is not made available, but this is understandable due to possible license costs. The marketing department's decision to list only the test winners or purchase tips and to mention only the positive aspects (scores) is also understandable. Any "suggestions for improvement" or negative reviews are "forgotten" by NUBERT - these can then be read in the original booklet.
I think this is a great pity, as NUBERT doesn't really have to "hide" anything. It is clear that a box is rarely optimal and can therefore still be improved. You can also be open and honest about this point. In Günther Nubert's technical explanations, these things are dealt with openly. So dear marketing department: "More courage to tell the whole truth."

c) Depending on which NUBERT consultant you speak to, you will get different conceptual statements: one is in favor of a solution with two floorstanding speakers, the other calmly recommends the 2.1 solution with bookshelf speakers. For me as a customer, however, this is not a problem at second glance, as it is precisely these different points of view that show me more aspects than just one.

d) I'm also interested in the countries of origin of the NUBERT speaker components - I've heard the keyword "Denmark" mentioned before. But maybe that's all a company secret ;-)

Summa Summarum: Except for the - in my opinion - small slip-up in marketing (I hope that this article will not now be shortened to the positive aspects ;-)) it is an all-round successful achievement!!!

I wish NUBERT and its employees a continued successful future with enthusiastic customers.

Dear Mr. Stamm!
Thank you for your critical contribution!
Please allow the marketing department to make a few comments:
How the trade magazines arrive at their often questionable ratings will forever remain their secret...

Publishing complete tests would be very expensive and, in the case of comparative tests, also a difficult issue in terms of competition law!
It would not be a problem for us to talk about the rare "minus points" in tests if all competitors did the same. However, it is common practice to publish praising rather than critical sentences.
Counter question: On a "first date", do you prefer to talk about your weaknesses and
failures than about your good points? Do you look frustrated or do you smile? Do you dress up, or do you come unshaven in your oldest outfit?
But we'll give it some thought...

We've never hidden anything when it comes to questions about the origin of parts!
I will email you a corresponding text from the nuForum.

You see - we have not (as expected) "shortened" your contribution...

My best purchase from the best seller in the world!

Only about six weeks ago I bought three fancy speakers from a competitor and was happy with my decision for almost a week. Unfortunately, they lacked bass... What to do? I needed a sub! But what a horror, the previously good speakers from England didn't even come close to the precision of the AW 1000. At first I thought the sub was broken ? after I had switched it off I realized that the crooked tones were coming from my English speakers.
Another week later I went back to Nubert and heard the Nuline 120 for the first time. What bass bombs! Just great ? I was in love from the spot!
And now the problems were just beginning... How do I get rid of the 5-day-old speakers? How do I explain it to my wife? How do I get them into my 20 m² living room? No matter! I had to get the Nuline 120 as quickly as possible! After a sleepless weekend, I banished my island dwellers and put the NuMonsters in my living room. What can I say ? simply awesome! From classical music to rap to the hardest speed metal, everything is just fun with these wonder boxes. Even an album as badly recorded as Metallica's 'Masters of Puppets' sounds lush and precise on these speakers.
The CS 72 even restores the voices of the actors in Resident Evil and is beyond reproach! I could have bought a wrecking ball instead of the AW 1000 - God it sounds bombastic when Sauron tears it apart on the battlefield!
Now all I need is the DS 62 and I'll never go to work again, I'll cut off all my friends and watch DVDs until my eyes and ears bleed.
And that's the last of my problems... I simply have no more space... I'm already looking for a new apartment :o)

I would like to thank Mr. Jörg Reichelt. Germany is a service desert! He is not only friendly and courteous, but also has impressive specialist knowledge! I found his advice sooo good that I also bought a TX 801 from him! I promise - we'll see each other again!

Dear Nubert team,

Thank you very much for your nuPäckle surprise package that you sent me on the occasion of my 1,000th guestbook entry. The surprise was a real success.

This kind gesture once again clearly shows how important it is to you to stay in touch with your customers. Together with the other nu listeners, you feel like you are part of a big family, and this creates a wonderful feeling of satisfaction.

At the moment, the delicious things from the package still have a place of honor in my nuCorner, but I will know how to enjoy them with my family during a cozy home cinema evening in the foreseeable future.

With grateful greetings
Bernd

Hello, the AW 1500 subwoofer is amazing.
My God, so much bass that the glasses in the cabinet dance the tango.

Even my wife is thrilled and that's saying something!!!

If you want the ultimate bass, there can only be one Nubert AW1500.

Two years ago, when I was choosing new loudspeakers, I came across nubert by chance during an internet search. I then completed a "test marathon" at home with well-known competitors over several weeks. The result for me and my family was nuWave 35 with ATM. A couple of friends of mine have also been listening to a pair of speakers from the nuWave series for several months after a visit to our home. A few weeks ago I was able to buy a pair of high-end used electrostatic headphones. These have been restored and I now use them very often in place of my previous very good Beyer when enjoying music in the evenings. How close the nuWave 35s are to the electrostatic transducer in terms of resolution and neutrality never ceases to amaze me. Respect, Mr. Nubert!
The fact that the ATM can involuntarily lend a helping hand to the somewhat "lean" electrostatic in the bass range is a pleasant side effect that I like to make use of.
The coincidence from back then (see above) has turned into more than one very satisfied customer.
Many thanks and all the best for nubert.

Dear NSF team,

Having already had very good experiences with a nuLine AW-550 subwoofer, I actually just wanted to replace my formerly very expensive, now decrepit second speakers in the next room with decent, but above all reasonably priced quality speakers. To do this, I ordered a pair of nuBox 400s in beech finish from the sale. The advice and handling was as perfect as I had already experienced with the Sub: Apparently it makes no difference to Nubert's customer service whether you order two special offer boxes or a precious top-of-the-range surround set.

And then the 400s arrived and almost blew our ears off! This clarity, this richness of detail, this freshness and naturalness, this rhythm and directness - THIS IS HIFI! The whole family is simply thrilled; the father with jazz and classical music, the mother with techno and the children with heavy metal. And the speakers also look really good, much nicer than expected! Unbelievable.

These speakers are not cheap, they are simply dirt cheap compared to their quality! However, it turned out to be expensive for us, because the previous main speakers - three times as expensive as the 400 - turned out to be much weaker in comparison and now "have to" be replaced by a pair of fine nuLine 102s...

If I need speakers again later, I will choose directly from the Nubert range without any further search: Best service, fantastic sound, reasonable prices, made in Germany - it simply doesn't get any better than that. So why waste time researching?

Many thanks and best regards from your reliable regular customer

Dear Nubert team,

Even after almost a year, the nuLine 105 speakers continue to fascinate with their almost perfect sound. Therefore, high praise and keep up the good work!
Perhaps there has also been a slow change in thinking when it comes to giving the customer a free 10m speaker cable at a cost of around ? 1450, the 10m of speaker cable for free. I was born in Swabia, but despite everything, there's always a bit of a stale aftertaste...

Greetings

Once again, I endorse the varied and justified praise.

I have replaced my already very good Nuline 80 with the Nuline 102 (all silver, with ATM) as part of an extensive "hi-fi upgrade", not least because of Mr. Bühler's usual competent and, shall we say, "compellingly logical" reasoning.

The result is an enormous gain in the areas of dynamics and transparency that becomes clearer with every listen.

My (.... probably wrong anyway...) suspicion that the 100 is/was "only" a slightly "pumped up" 80 is impressively refuted by the successor model.

An excellent, uncompromising speaker that I will certainly enjoy for a long time.

😉
