The ultimate CD/DAC source: The Michi Q5 Transport DAC

Experience an even better sound experience with the Michi Q5 Transport DAC, a state-of-the-art high-performance CD player that combines cutting-edge technology with exceptional craftsmanship and unparalleled sound quality!

The Michi Q5 features a top-loading CD mechanism made of high-quality carbon and CNC-machined aluminum for durability and a sleek, modern design. The CD mechanism is mounted on a floating suspension to reduce unwanted vibrations and physically isolate the motor from sensitive electronic circuitry. This design enhances the aesthetics of the player and provides a stable and precise playback platform for your CDs.

At the heart of the Q5 is the high-quality ESS-ES9028PRO D/A converter. This 8-channel D/A converter performs the all-important digital-to-analog conversion, dedicating four channels each to the left and right audio signal paths. It extracts the finest details hidden in the music and reproduces them with even greater precision and an extremely low noise level. The fully balanced circuitry ensures flawless sound reproduction with minimal distortion. CD sound is also available via coaxial and optical Toslink connections, so that the Q5 can also be used as a CD-only drive.

Two internally manufactured toroidal transformers isolate the digital and analog power supplies, significantly reducing noise and interference.

As well as being a top-class CD player, the Q5 supports a wide range of additional audio inputs, including a 32-bit/384 kHz PC USB input with MQA and DSD-4X support, as well as 24-bit/192 kHz coaxial and optical inputs, making it compatible with virtually all digital sources.

The elegant front panel is clearly laid out, as befits a Michi product. It has a full-color TFT display that shows the CD album cover and enriches the listening experience with an appealing graphic display.

With the included Michi remote control and RS232 and Ethernet connections, the Q5 offers seamless integration into automation systems and enables simple and intuitive control. This allows you to manage your audio system with ease.

The Michi Q5 Transport DAC is designed for discerning audiophiles who demand the very best in both sound quality and design. Its premium build quality, superior sound quality, versatile connectivity and advanced control options make it the ultimate CD player for your high-end audio system.

Experience the new dimension of CD playback - with the Michi Q5 Transport DAC.
