The Michi Prestige Q430 is a high-quality CD player designed for listeners who want to enjoy their collection with precise technology, quiet confidence, and high sonic standards.
Designed to Michi’s high standards, the player combines precise mechanics with carefully tuned electronics. A high-quality, floating-mounted CD drive works in conjunction with a specially developed, ultra-low-noise power supply. Multi-stage, isolated voltage regulators minimize interference right at the source, creating the conditions for extremely low distortion and high acoustic contrast. As a result, subtle details and spatial information emerge clearly from the silence.
At the heart of the signal processing is a differential ESS SABRE ES9028PRO eight-channel DAC, optimized for stereo operation. This configuration improves signal purity and enables particularly precise conversion of the digital data. The result is a soundstage with clear structure, stable imaging, and an open soundstage in which voices, acoustic instruments, and complex arrangements are rendered with convincing naturalness.
The Q430 also demonstrates flexibility in integration: in addition to classic RCA outputs, fully balanced XLR connections are available, allowing the player to integrate seamlessly into a wide variety of system configurations. On the front panel, a color TFT display provides information on track, playing time, and album cover, giving the CD collection a visual presence.
The precision-machined aluminum housing, flawless craftsmanship, and matching aluminum remote control underscore the Q430’s claim to excellence: a disc player developed without compromise that combines technology, design, and musical enjoyment in a durable form.
