The NAD T 778 is the perfect hub for a powerful home cinema or multi-room system. It understands the latest audio and video technologies and decodes surround soundtracks with up to 7.2.4 channels - including the lossless formats Dolby® TrueHD, DTS® Master Audio as well as Dolby® Atmos®. To ensure optimal picture quality, 4K UltraHD signals (60p/4:4:4) are looped through losslessly. Via the integrated BluOS® streaming platform, you can play back your own audio data as well as internet radio stations and music streaming services in high-resolution quality in a multi-room network. Operation is extremely convenient via the touchscreen integrated in the front, a smartphone, tablet or PC. The nine amplifiers integrated in the T 778 each mobilise a continuous power of 85 watts and, if required, a pulse power of up to 300 watts at 4 Ω. And to ensure that the AV amplifier sounds its best in any living room or home cinema, it features NAD's switchable soft-clipping function and can be calibrated to the acoustics of the listening room using the Dirac Live® system.
